Last week Travis Scott had the Hip-Hop world in the palm of his hands with the release of his latest album, Utopia, and with the buzz it generated over the weekend it’s only right that the man drop some visuals to accompany the drop of his album.

Coming through with a new clip for “God’s Country,” Cactus Jack juxes a recording camera off of some fans and heads to the hood to capture the everyday lives of the people in that community to showcase the beauty that one can find in the struggle that millions live everyday. It was pretty cool.

Wiz Khalifa meanwhile looks to get in on some Storage Wars and for his visuals to “No Competition” takes an empty storage locker and turns it into the place to be with a few bright lights and some Khalifa Kush. Sometimes that’s all it takes to get lit.
Check out the rest of today’s drops and some joints you might’ve missed over the weekend including work from BIA, NLE Choppa, and more.

Burna Boy’s been bubbling on the rap scene for a minute now and with his next album, I Told Them… set to drop next month (August 24), the man is ready to get some buzz going for his seventh studio album.

Promising to bring some 90’s flavor with his next LP, Burna Boy gives us a sample of just that in his latest visuals to “Big 7” where the Nigerian artist hits the streets of New York and finds himself kicking it Junior Mafia and Hip-Hop icons such as The RZA and Busta Rhymes. The video itself had a real 90’s-ish feel to it too. Check it out.

Stunna Girl meanwhile looks like she’s ready to fly in style and for her French Montana assisted clip to “Like Dat Remix,” Stunna and French pull up on an airport runway in some big boy toys before hitting the club and turning up like it’s Stunna Girl’s birthday. Wait, was it her birthday?!

For a while now, Lil Tjay and Fivio Foreign have been carving out their own niche in the game on the Drill Rap scene and though it may not be as prominent as it was a few years ago, there’s still an audience that follows it and them faithfully.

Today the two New Yorkers link up to give their fans some more heat for this summer in the clip to “Bla Bla” in which Tjay and Fivio hit the streets with their respective crews and turn up in various spots around the city and turn everyday blocks in straight up parties with their energy. Looks like fun.

Ghost Kids meanwhile continue to grow grow their popularity and for their latest animated clip to “Goin’ Off,” the rap duo get an assist from LA’s own Vince Staples who’s cartoon version of himself properly rocks a crown as he hypnotizes the Ghost Kidz bear and dog avatars.

Love it or hate it, Ice Spice is one of the game’s hottest artists today and even with all the fame and love that she’s been getting, it’s not beneath her to hit up the bodega to get turnt up.

Such is the case for her latest visuals to “Deli, where the Bronx bomber takes to the corner bodega to get turnt up with stacks of cash and a couple of thick friends who twerk before hopping on a party bus and rolling to the next location. Low-key surprised she ain’t order a chopped cheese to go. Just sayin.’

Back in the lands where Midsommer might’ve taken place, Post Malone lends a hand to some of his fellow countrymen and in his clip for “Mourning,” Post finds himself attempting to move a giant cube that he ultimately ends up performing on. Who put that there and why?

Now that A$AP Rocky and Rihanna have welcomed their bundle of joy, RZA, into the world, A$AP’s gotta get back on his grizzly to bring home that bacon because raising kids ain’t cheap, even if your baby mama happens to be one of the richest women in the world.

Returning to the rap scene with some new visuals to “Riot,” A$AP Rocky looks like he’s ready for that civil war that Trumpians are calling for as he rolls through the streets in a tank with his crew in tow in white tees and white face coverings just waiting on his word to set it off. We might need that army come election season 2024. Just sayin.’

On a softer side, Tinashe wants to be treated right and in her clip for “Talk To Me Nice,” the sultry singer sheds her old skin (literally) to reveal her new self which looks exactly the same. We not mad one bit.

It’s been a few years since TDE’s Jay Rock dropped his last LP, Redemption, and while we patiently await his next project which he says is on the way, the Jay is giving his day-ones’s a little something to rock to until that time comes.

Linking up with Anderson .Paak and Latto for the visuals to “Too Fast (Pull Over),” Jay Rock and company roll up to an exclusive resort where the palm trees stand tall and the pool side features bikini-clad women twerking like there’s money to be had. When did Mercedes begin to add stripping poles to their trucks?!

Back in the Big Apple, Dave East pulls out an exotic truck of his own and in his clip for “Still Here,” the Harlem representative rolls through the streets of NY in his Maybach truck before linking up with his peoples for a smoke break and some bottle service.

It’s been a year since Joey Bada$$ dropped his critically acclaimed album 2000 and to celebrate the anniversary of his third studio album, the Brooklyn MC releases a visual for one of the project’s standout cuts with a touch of vintage to it.

Choosing to breathe life into the head boppin’ cut “Eulogy,” Joey Bada$$ goes the old school VHS route and uses “ancient” technology to record and showcase the life he’s been living in 2023 including performing at shows, shopping sprees and visiting foreign countries that still may use VHS or DVD’s to watch movies. Okay, we’re exaggerating, but still, gotta appreciate the grainy footage for nostalgia sake.

Speaking of foreign countries, Bas and J. Cole know a thing or two about traveling abroad and in their clip to “Passport Bros” hit up exotic restaurants and clubs that may or may not be located outside of America. We never actually see them get on a plane so you never know. Just sayin.’

It’s been a pretty interesting summer for Lupe Fiasco who’s been on his All Proceeds Go To My Chain campaign trail. And while he’s out here collecting bags to cop a new cable, he’s taken some time to drop off some new work to get them proceeds rolling in.

Coming through with some new visuals to “Outside,” the Chicago MC takes to the streets of the Windy City with an iced out Jesus piece and creeps through the night in a spiffy Lambo to flex on anyone who thinks the man only rolls on skateboards like it was still 2006. He ain’t backpackin’ it like that no more, b.

Elsewhere, Lil Dann and Lil Baby know a thing or two about flexing, too. In their clip to “Family Freestyle,” the two rappers hit the block with stacks of cash and a few ATV cycles to roll around the hood looking like they Ruff Rydin’ for the heck of it. They have quite the lil family.
Check out the rest of today’s drops including work from Diamond D featuring Posdnuos, Denzel Curry and more.

Earlier this week Wiz Khalifa revealed that he threw the first pitch at a Pittsburgh Pirates game while under the influence of some magic mushrooms. Now the “Black & Yellow” rapper is dedicating a song to his favorite new mental enhancement while showing love to his previous drug of choice.

In his latest black-and-white visuals to the Young Deji assisted “Pounds & Shrooms,” Wiz holes up in the studio with the aforementioned guest feature along with a gang of thick young women who make it bounce to the beat while partaking in some Mary Jane and edible shrooms that’s sure to keep that party going for longer than they might’ve anticipated. Weed, shrooms and bottles? Yeah, that’s going to be one long studio session.

Back in Queens, Onyx bring decades worth of griminess into 2023 and for their clip to “What We Doin,” Fredro Starr and Sticky Fingaz link up with Posseshot to blaze up a storm and strengthen America’s relationship with Australia. We support this.

After the tragic killing of his nephew and partner-in-rhyme, Takeoff, Quavo understandably fell back from the rap game for a minute. But lately Q has been making himself more visible and today links up with a fellow ATLien for his latest drop.

Collaborating with Future for his latest clip, “Turn Your Clic Up,” Quavo returns to the strip club with the Toxic King to blow off some steam and make it rain on the talent as they let the blue dollar bills fall from their diamond encrusted fingers. Those Benjamins must’ve been hella cold, b.

Back in Chiraq, the memory of King Von continues to live on and in his posthumous clip to “Don’t Miss,” we once again see the rapper while he was alive and well, spitting his bars in a church while everyone in attendance took in the sermon. Rest In Power, King.
