Diddy has yet another lawsuit that has come his way. Sara from Da Band has filed a $60 million dollar claim against him for harassment and more.

People is reporting that Sara Rivers, formerly known as Sara Stokes, who successfully landed a Bad Boy Entertainment record deal by competing on Making The Band, has filed a legal grievance against her former CEO. The lawsuit is 148 pages long and details how she alleged suffered under Diddy’s tyranny during her run as the group’s only vocalist.

In the complaint, she says that not only did Diddy harass her but also assaulted her. Rivers says she also had to work under inhumane conditions where Diddy frequently criticized her appearance and even made fun of her for having bulimia. She also infers that Diddy creeped her out on several occasions by talking to her so closely to “where he could kiss her and asks her in a low, sensual voice how she is doing, if she’s ok and if she needed anything at all.” The paperwork also states that Diddy was also guilty of “making physical threats to group members,” and claims that he “threatened to eat the face of one person and kill another.”
Diddy’s legal team have denied the claims in an exclusive statement to People. “This is yet another example of false claims being filed against Mr. Combs. No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” the communication reads. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. With the deadline for New York’s Gender-Motivated Violence Act expiring tomorrow, it’s clear that opportunists are rushing to file last-minute, meritless claims. Mr. Combs remains confident he will prevail in court.”
Diddy’s federal trial is set to commence in May.

Fonzworth Bentley has some explaining to do. Chopper from Da Band says he stole a $70,000 chain from him and was known to be a thief.

As per HipHopDX, the former Bad Boy Entertainment talent conducted another interview with The Art Of Dialogue podcast. On this episode, Chopper revisited his time being a recording artist on the famed Hip-Hop label. He discussed his experiences about being around Fonzworth Bentley and revealed that Diddy’s former assistant finessed him out of his jewelry.

“In the beginning. I thought Mr. Bentley was the coolest person in the world. I’m talking about THE coolest person in the world,” Chopper explained. “And then eventually Bentley started stealing. And one time we got our advance check and I went and got this [$72,000] chain. I asked him could he hold my chain [because] we had a show and he was like, ‘Yeah, I got you.’ And then he never quite gave me back my chain.”
Chopper went on allege that Fonzworth never returned the diamond piece. “And then every time I’d ask him, he always came up with beaucoup excuses of why I can’t get my chain. And ever since then, I knew right then and there what kind of dude Mr. Bentley was. A f***ing thief. Mr. Bentley is a f***ing thief. Period. And that was his reputation too around there. Everybody knew Mr. Bentley was a thief. He used to steal sh*t.
Chopper also disclosed that Fonzworth was not financially compensated for assisting Diddy. “Maybe he was stealing sh*t because Diddy probably wasn’t compensating him – embarrassing the man on national TV and not really paying him what he needed to pay him. I don’t think Diddy had no respect for Mr. Bentley. None.”
Fonzworth Bentley has yet to address the allegations. You can see Chopper’s interview below.

More former associates of Diddy are coming forward with details of his supposed double life. Chopper from Da Band says Diddy is indeed gay and caught him kissing another man, allegedly.

As spotted on HipHopDX, Chopper recently conducted an interview with The Art Of Dialogue and discussed his time as a Bad Boy Entertainment rapper. During the sit down Chopper discussed his dealings with Diddy and revealed some surprising details that he either witnessed or knows to be true.  For starters he claims he saw Diddy kissing another man. “I walked in the studio and seen two powerful men doing things that was uncomfortable to my eyes. You can take that how you want it” he explained.

Chopper went on to share more details on the awkward moment. “I opened the door, I seen what I seen, and I hurried and slammed the door […] It fucked me up, I’m not gonna lie. I looked at Diddy differently after that. I wasn’t feeling that Bad Boy shit no more.” Soon after he was given more priority as a solo artist and was awarded budget to film a video for his single “Lil Daddy.”
When asked by the host on his thoughts on Diddy’s sexuality, Chopper didn’t hold any punches about his opinion. “Yes, f*cking right that n*gga’s gay! Yes, he’s gay. But I don’t think being gay is bad. If that’s their preference, then that’s their preference.” he stated.
