And then there were 10.
There was no shortage of drama on Tuesday night’s episode of NBC’s The Voice, as four contestants were put through their paces for the instant save.
After Monday night’s live show (Nov. 21), America voted. Four were selected, one would be saved. And that’s where the action starts.

On the latest edition, Kique performed The Weeknd’s “Earned It,” Devix hit the Killers’ “When You Were Young,” Alyssa Witrado performed Billie Eilish’s “ocean eyes” and Eric Who tackled Miley Cyrus’ “The Climb.”
As the closing credits rolled out, America, we learned, had saved Kique.
Devix, in particular, can feel unlucky. But his journey on the show, along with those of Witrado and Who, is finished.
“Let’s deal with this, guys,” Gwen Stefani commented before the big moment. “Obviously, Kique is going through, America. That was so amazing. I just want to remind everybody this is a 19-year-old boy. He has a man’s voice. He is so gifted. He is so talented. He is so unique. We have to put Kique through.”
She wasn’t wrong.
Earlier in the week, the Team Gwen standout had performed Stevie Wonder’s “Superstition.” And, before that, Robert “Kique” Gomez shone in the three-way Knockout Round with a performance of another funky classic, OutKast’s “Hey Ya!”
The teenage Miami native now advances, along with Justin Aaron (Team Gwen), Bryce Leatherwood (Team Blake), Omar Jose Cardona (Team Legend), bodie (Team Blake), Morgan Myles (Team Camila), Rowan Grace (Team Blake), Kim Cruse (Team Legend), Brayden Lape (Team Blake) and Parijita Bastola (Team Legend).
The Top 10 singers progress to the season 22 finals. The champion will be chosen by viewers.

Apple’s best-selling AirPods are on sale for just $79 — their lowest price in a month.
When it comes to earbuds for music, there’s no denying the popularity of AirPods. Apple’s famous all-white earbuds are as much a status symbol as they are an essential go-to for recording artists, podcasters and music producers alike. But we recommend them for everyday use as well, whether you’re listening to music on your daily commute or need a pair of wireless earbuds for your next FaceTime call or Zoom.
While AirPods used to cost a pretty penny, they’re now available for under $200. Apple products never go on sale on the company’s own site, but Amazon has marked down AirPods to as low as $79, but deals like this won’t last, so you’ll have to move fast to get AirPods at a deep discount (click here for more Black Friday Apple deals). The AirPods Pro are currently $199.99. Regularly $249, the AirPods deal gets you a 20% discount on the beloved Apple earbuds. Apple’s 2nd Generation AirPods are on sale for $79 at Amazon while, 3rd generation AirPods are $142.49 at Amazon and $179 at Best Buy, Crutchfield and Macy’s.
Apple AirPods Max, which are usually $549, are discounted to $449 at Amazon. You can also purchase AirPods Max at Walmart and Best Buy, although prices may vary depending on the retailer.

The AirPods Pro are one of the newer wireless earbuds in the AirPods family, and musicians are snapping them up thanks to the superb audio quality (think: clear, crisp sound), and the buds’ Active Noise Cancellation feature, which blocks out exterior noise for a quieter, more focused listening session.
Traveling for the holidays? The AirPods Pro are also great for travel and running and working out, with a sweat-resistant coating worth considering. (They’re not entirely waterproof like some earbuds, so you wouldn’t want to go swimming in them). Interchangeable silicone tips allow you to find the perfect seal for your ears, and everything fits into a tiny charging case, which gets you up to 24 hours of battery life before you need to plug in.
Apple is known for their high-tech and high-design products, and the AirPods Pro are not only a fan favorite, but an industry fave as well. Need further proof? According to a recent report, AirPods Pro sales exceeded 90 million units during the 2021 holiday season.
Get the Apple AirPods Pro deal for $199.99 and 3rd generation AirPods for $142.49. Another deal: The regular AirPods are even cheaper, discounted right now to just $79 at Amazon and Walmart and $89.99 at Target. You can also find them at Best Buy for $99.99. Note that the regular AirPods won’t have the Active Noise Cancellation technology, but all the other features are there. See full sale details here.

Food, family and football!
With three different NFL games scheduled to take place on Thanksgiving, we took the liberty of rounding up some of the ways that sports fans can watch and stream games during the holiday.
Although Thanksgiving coincides with Thursday Night Football, you won’t be able to watch Thanksgiving games on Prime Video — at least not this year. The first-ever Black Friday game will stream on Prime Video in 2023.
Read on for scheduling details and ways to watch and stream NFL games from anywhere.
How to Watch NFL Games on Thanksgiving
What football teams are playing on Thanksgiving? The Buffalo Bills vs. Detroit Lions, New York Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys, and New England Patriots vs. Minnesota Vikings.
The NFL’s Thanksgiving triple-header kicks off Thursday (Nov. 24) with the Bills vs. Lions airing at 12:30 a.m. ET/9:30 a.m. PT on CBS and streaming live on Paramount+, where Bebe Rexha and David Guetta are set to perform. The Giants vs. Cowboys game is scheduled to air on Fox at 4:30 p.m. ET/1:30 p.m. PT, with the Jonas Brothers performing during halftime.
Closing out the NFL’s Thanksgiving game day will be the Patriots vs. Vikings airing at 8:20 p.m. ET/5:20 p.m. PT on NBC. The game will also stream live on Peacock (use ExpressVPN to access streaming platforms and certain channels from outside of the U.S.).
Whether you plan to watch live or stream on-demand, there are plenty of options to choose from. If you have cable, feel free to refer to your channel guide for more game day details. You might be able to access NFL games on NBC, Fox and CBS with an antenna, like this budget-friendly option, which is currently on sale for $17 at Amazon.
For those who don’t have cable, satellite, or access to TV through Verizon Fios, T-Mobile, AT&T or another provider, platforms like FuboTV, Sling TV, DirectTV Stream, Vidgo, and Hulu + Live TV provide live and on-demand access to cable and local channels, DVR recording, and more for an affordable price and most include a free trial for up to a week.
Sports lovers can also enjoy games on-the-go with NFL+. Plans start at just $4.99/month after a 7-day free trial to watch live and local primetime games on your phone or tablet and you can cancel anytime.
Jenna Ortega sat down with her former Bizaardvark co-star Olivia Rodrigo to discuss her role as Wednesday Addams in the new Netflix series Wednesday in a new interview.
Chatting for the newest issue of The Face magazine, Ortega described working with director Tim Burton on Netflix’s upcoming Addams Family spin-off as both “incredible” and “very intense and meticulous.”
“I didn’t really know what to expect and every time I’d spoken to him prior… he’s a man of very few words,” she said. “He’d never done TV before and I was like, ‘What’s our schedule going to look like? What scenes are getting pushed to tomorrow?’ After we established [Wednesday’s] look – which was also very exciting to see him do, because he’s such a visionary – he refused to shoot anything that didn’t satisfy that itch that he had in his brain. It’s very insightful to see.”
Ortega also compared the role of Wednesday to her part in Scream from earlier this year, telling the pop star — whom she worked with on the Disney Channel sitcom Bizaardvark back in 2018 — that Wednesday is “a bit more campy” than running away from Ghostface. But either way, she’s not one to get freaked out over all things horror.
“There are some really disturbing photos out there of me smiling super wide with stuff all over my face, laying on the floor covered in blood,” she recalled of filming Scream. “I love that stuff because it’s not real. Knock on wood, I haven’t been stabbed yet, so for me it’s still a fun thing that I do at work, which is so awful to say. I love it when the blood comes out. I love shooting chase scenes – they’re very fun for me.”
Wednesday is set to premiere on, of course, Wednesday (Nov. 23).

Impossible things are (still) happening every day! Brandy is officially stepping back into her glass slippers as Cinderella for the upcoming Descendants spinoff, The Pocketwatch.
The movie musical is being developed for Disney+ and will exist in the same universe as the Descendants trilogy, which aired on the Disney Channel from 2015 to 2019.
The Pocketwatch will tell the story of Red, the daughter of the Queen of Hearts and Chloe, the daughter of Cinderella and Prince Charming. According to a report by Variety, the two girls “cross paths at a momentous celebration in the kingdom of Auradon when unexpected chaos breaks out. In order to prevent an impending coup, they must join forces to travel back in time, via a magical pocket watch created by the Mad Hatter’s son, to stop an event that would lead to grave consequences.”
Brandy shared her excitement at the news via Instagram on Monday (Nov. 21), and wrote, “So excited to join this amazing cast and reprise my role as #Cinderella in the #DisneyDescendants sequel The Pocketwatch. Thank you to my @disney and @disneyplus fam … It’s Still Possible.”
While Kenny Ortega helmed the original Descendants movies, The Pocketwatch will be directed by Jennifer Phang with a cast that also includes Kylie Cantrall, Mia Baker, China Anne McClain, Dara Reneé, Ruby Rose Turner Bridget, Morgan Dudley, Joshua Colley, Melanie Paxson and Rita Ora as the Queen of Hearts.
Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella recently marked its 25th anniversary with an ABC reunion special that found Brandy reminiscing about the special bond she formed with the late Whitney Houston while making the beloved TV musical (which was incredibly diverse for its time) and also brought together cast members Paolo Montalbán, Bernadette Peters, Jason Alexander, Whoopi Goldberg, Victor Garber and Veanne Cox.

Sam Smith sat down with Michelle Visage on Tuesday (Nov. 22) for a wide-ranging discussion about their non-binary identity, the meaning behind the name of their new album and more.
“I think I’ve always been non-binary, I’ve always been queer. And I always felt that way,” the singer explained on Michelle Visage’s Rule Breakers. “And when I found the words, I can’t believe how late I found the words, like 25, 26, someone told me about this thing called non-binary and I thought, ‘This is a place where I can exist.’ And it was magical. Very, very stressful and scary, but the minute I found those words and found this community, my inner peace was just still for the first time in years. It was incredible.”
When Visage asked what advice they would give fans in the process of discovering their own identities, Smith spilled the tea on the inspiration behind their upcoming studio set Gloria, which is scheduled to be released Jan. 27 via Capitol Records.
“There’s a fighter voice in all of us and you’ve just got to look after that,” they said. “My album Gloria, I’ve called it Gloria because I’ve called that voice inside me Gloria. It’s like a voice in my head that just says, ‘You can do it’. And kids have just got to access that voice and feed it.”
Smith also teased the music’s focus on queer joy in their recent Billboard cover story in August, saying, “I think joy for me, and for a lot of queer people, is quite a dangerous place. We’re all masters of pain, and I think it’s actually a very courageous act to step into the queer joy of it all.”
Since then, Smith has landed their very first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 single, “Unholy” featuring Kim Petras, which will be featured on the album along with the previously released “Love Me More.”

One does not simply walk into The Voice and perform Stevie Wonder’s “Superstition”. Kique did.
The teenage Miami native shone during the Live Top 13 Performances, with a rendition of Wonder’s funk classic.
During NBC’s singing competition, Kique has been described as a “unique” talent, and he showed again on Monday night (Nov. 21) why he’s been showered with praise.
Kique (real name Robert “Kique” Gomez) has a knack for taking a popular song, and putting his own twist on it.

Earlier, the 19-year-old Team Gwen artist got through a three-way Knockout Round with a performance of another funky classic, OutKast’s “Hey Ya!”
Kique was introduced to the wonders of Stevie Wonder by his high school band teacher, so “Superstition” is clearly something close to his heart. And on this occasion, he kept the funk, but didn’t overhaul the arrangement. Instead, he went with a “tweak.”
“One of my favorite things to do is change songs,” Kique remarked earlier in the season. “I really want Gwen to see that I’m not just a singer. I’m also a musician. I like to create compositions and make music and change things and make them my own.”
Gwen has noticed. After tonight’s performance, she remarked: “You’re a star.”
Camila Cabello noted that Kique was “having fun” and that he challenges himself with his variations.
Whether America agrees that he’s a star, we’re about to find out.
Voting has kicked off, and the top artists will be revealed during Tuesday’s live results show. Three contestants will be eliminated on what promises to be another nail-biting encounter.

Not making up any time soon. JoJo Siwa addressed her lingering drama with Candace Cameron Bure while attending Elton John‘s final U.S. tour date in L.A. on Sunday (Nov. 20).
“We have not [talked], and I don’t think we ever will again,” the Nickelodeon alum told People after calling the older actress out for her recent anti-LBGTQ+ comments involving her move from Hallmark to the Great American Family network.
“That’s what’s f—ed up,” Siwa continued. “You not liking gay marriage, do your thing girl. You being religious, do your thing girl. Of course, I would want everybody to do what they want to do. But to purposely exclude someone because of who they love, that’s sh—y.”
The latest beef between Siwa and Bure follows the one-time Dance Moms star referring to the latter as the “rudest celebrity [she’s] met” as part of a TikTok challenge last July. That revelation then turned into a public back-and-forth between the two, including a phone conversation that quickly devolved into a case of she said-she said.
At Sir Elton’s show, Siwa also reflected on how she’s come into her own as a prominent voice in the LGBTQ+ community. “As I’m getting older, I’m starting to realize what an impact I really do get to have,” she said. “I think that’s a really cool position to be in. I am being honest and maybe being a little disruptive to somebody’s life, but it’s what I believe in. And so to have good people stand behind you with it felt really nice.”
