Andrew Tate controls a significant corner of the Internet as a figure who purports to be a leader of men and sells the angle of being the so-called “Top G” among other titles. Andrew Tate was charged with rape and human trafficking charges along with others in Romania, and both fans and critics of Tate are reacting as expected.
As seen in The Washington Post, Andrew Tate, his brother Tristan, and two others were hit with charges by Romanian officials with the official charges reading as human trafficking, rape, and forming an organized crime group. Tate, his brother, and two Romanian women were arrested last December with the Tate brothers reportedly being on house arrest since March of this year.
The charges come after a months-long investigation into the activities and alleged criminal acts involving Tate and the three other individuals. According to officials, Tate orchestrated forced participation in online pornography onto the alleged victims under violent and psychologically controlling means.
Tate’s legal team maintains that their side is innocent and expected the charges to be read while stating that they will “vindicate” their clients.
“The indictment now allows us to present a comprehensive body of evidence, diligently collected and prepared over time, which will undoubtedly substantiate the brothers’ claims of innocence,” the legal team shared in a statement.
Today, Tate enjoys millions of followers across his social media pages who buy into his brand of brash masculinity and is framing the criminal investigation and indictment against him as an attack on the issues he stands for while authorities ignore other figures who have allegedly committed similar or worse crimes on record.
The timeline of Tate’s arrest can be pinpointed to a Twitter exchange between him and climate activist Greta Thunberg. Tate fired the first salvo at Thunberg, boasting of his cars and their collective emissions total. Thunberg returned fire with a snappy email targeting Tate’s manhood which prompted Tate to fire back with a video response featuring him eating pizza from a known Romanian chain.
It was all the spark authorities needed to raid Tate’s villa in Romania after being tipped off by U.S. officials in the embassy at Bucharest that the Tate brothers were holding a young woman against her will.
Defiant as ever, Andrew Tate is still tweeting and declaring this is a takedown of what he stands for and not connected to his charges.

Fetty Wap has been sentenced to six years in federal prison for drug trafficking. The “Trap Queen” rapper recently asserted that he only resorted to drug dealing due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In 2022, the New Jersey rapper pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute at least 500 grams of cocaine, after his arrest for the infraction October 2021. Born Willie Junior Maxwell II, at the time he was reportedly facing up to five years in jail.
But on Wednesday (May 24), the judge reportedly handed Fetty Wap a six-year sentence, with five years of probation as well.
TMZ reports that the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, Breon Peace, requested that the judge give Fetty between seven and nine years behind bars. Peace asserted that Fetty was part of drug trafficking conspiracy that littered Long Island with cocaine.
Back in 2021, Fetty was arrested by the Feds on a two-count federal indictment while he was on his way to the Rolling Loud festival at New York’s CitiField in New York City. Then he didn’t help his casewhen he was again pinched a year later, this time for allegedly threatening a “snitch” on Facetime.
At the time of his arrest, the FBI had confiscated $1.5 million in cash, 16 kilograms of cocaine, 2 kilograms of heroin, two 9mm handguns, a rifle, a .45 caliber pistol, a .40 caliber pistol and ammunition from various locations tied to the alleged conspiracy

Daniel Penny, the man who choked and killed Jordan Neely on a New York City subway train has turned himself over to authorities.
Penny, a former Marine, arrived at the Fifth Precinct of the New York Police Department in the Chinatown neighborhood of Manhattan at 8 A.M. on Friday (May 12th). He surrendered alongside his attorneys, Steven Raiser & Thomas Kenniff.
Penny faces a charge of second-degree manslaughter, which was announced by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office on Thursday.
Raiser and Kenniff said in a statement that they were “confident that once all the facts and circumstances surrounding this tragic incident are brought to bear, Mr. Penny will be fully absolved of any wrongdoing.” A second-degree charge of manslaughter in New York is applied when the assailant is accused of recklessly causing the death of another person. If convicted of the charge in a trial, the 24-year-old Penny would face a sentence of up to 15 years in prison. The city medical examiner ruled that Neely died due to compression of the neck on May 3rd.
Penny’s surrender comes after days of sustained but rising outrage expressed by community activists and politicians who were shocked at witnessing the video of Penny restraining Neely, a Black man who was homeless, in a chokehold on a northbound F train. A witness on the same train stated that Neely was yelling at others after boarding the train while in the midst of a mental health crisis. Penny would grab Neely and put him in a chokehold as two other men restrained his arms and legs. Police arrived at the Broadway-Lafayette station, and rushed Neely to a nearby hospital where he died.
Mayor Eric Adams had received heavy criticism from Democratic politicians for not taking a stronger stance on the incident, but after the announcement of charges he said: “I have the utmost faith in the judicial process, and now justice can move forward against Daniel Penny.” Joshua Steinglass, a prosecutor who was part of the team that brought the case by the D.A.’s office against the Trump Organization, has been tasked to lead the investigation.
The family of Jordan Neely held a press conference afterward, blasting media depictions of Neely as excessively violent. Family attorney Lennon Edwards said of the charge, “We’re closer now to justice than we were a week ago because Daniel Penny has been arrested.” They also blasted Penny’s previous statement, claiming that “he’s getting to rewrite the account of what happened”.

This new generation of criminals might not be the brightest. Some teenage carjackers found out that knowing how to drive cars is a vital part of their illegal profession.
According to 10 WBNS, two teenage boys at a Maryland gas-station were arrested after attempting to carjack a person only to find out that they couldn’t make the quick getaway they planned due to the car having a manual transmission. This is what happens when heads play too much Mario Kart and think you just have to get in a car and hit the gas pedal.
From 10 WBNS:
Officers were called to a Sunoco Gas Station in the 19200 block of Frederick Road just after 4:30 p.m. When they arrived, officers learned the driver, only identified as a man, got into his car when he noticed two teens running towards him.
When the teens got to the car, they reportedly forced open the door and grabbed the man while demanding he hand over his keys.
After realizing they couldn’t drive off into the sunset, the 16 and 17-year-old carjackers made a break for it. Unfortunately, they were picked up by police not too long after the failed attempt Saturday (March 25). The teens were then taken to Montgomery County Central Processing unit and are being charged as adults. Both assailants are facing one count of carjacking and one count of conspiracy carjacking and are currently being held without bond.
Just another reminder that if y’all gonna crime, crime right. Do y’all homework. Just sayin’.

Carlos Watson, the founder of digital entertainment company Ozy Media, was arrested on Thursday (Feb. 23) and charged with securities fraud. The arrest comes after other members of Ozy Media’s executive team were charged with defrauding investors out of large sums of cash.
As seen in the New York Times, Carlos Watson, 53, was arrested Thursday morning in midtown Manhattan by FBI officials and later appeared in federal court in Brooklyn by the afternoon. Beyond fraud charges, Watson also faces identity theft charges and has pleaded not guilty to all counts and is now free on a $1 million bond.
According to the court filing, Watson, “engaged in a scheme to defraud Ozy’s potential investors, potential acquirers, lenders and potential lenders,” and baked the numbers on Ozy Media’s various holdings and results Eastern District of New York prosecutors wrote.
Along with Watson, Samir Rao, former Ozy Media CEO, and Suzee Han, Ozy Media’s former chief of staff, both pleaded guilty to fraud charges. The Securities and Exchange Commission then brought charges that the trio defrauded investors out of $50 million.
Much of the fall of Ozy Media can be traced to the fall of 2021 after the Times reported that an Ozy Media staffer pretended to be an executive from YouTube during a business call with Goldman Sachs involving a potential investment venture. The staffer sold a tall tale of YouTube being a strong business ally of Ozy Media and that content produced by Ozy performed well on YouTube’s channels.
According to Watson’s legal team, the arrest came as a shock to their side as Watson was reportedly working with authorities on the matter as recently as this week. If convicted, Carlos Watson could face a range of time of a mandatory minimum sentence of two years to a maximum of 37 years.

Kay Flock was one of eight individuals indicted with racketeering and murder charges among two Bronx, N.Y. gangs. The list of charges for Kay Flock has the potential to land him in prison for life or the death penalty.
Kay Flock, real name Kevin Perez, shot and killed a man in broad daylight in December 2021, just as the budding NY Drill rapper was finding some success as a musical artist. According to the press release released by the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of New York, Perez was a member of the Sev Side or DOA gang in the Bronx borough and was involved in several crimes with his codefendants dating back to 2019.

Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and Keechant L. Sewell, Commissioner of the New York City Police Department (“NYPD”), announced the unsealing today of an Indictment charging KEVIN PEREZ, a/k/a “Kay Flock,” a/k/a “Kay,” a/k/a “KK,” DEVON MASON, a/k/a “BJ,” ERVIN BEAMON, a/k/a “EJ,” NICHOLAS JOHNSON, a/k/a “Nick,” SEAN SMITH, a/k/a “Sticky,” and JOSSI CASTRO, a/k/a “Jesse,” with racketeering conspiracy and other crimes related to their membership in “Sev Side,” or “DOA,” a street gang based in the Bronx, New York.
In a superseding indictment from January, the office named two other men, Iszayah Rowson and Michael Gant in the charges and noted their membership in the Third Slide gang, which maintained close ties to the Sev Side group.
The charges the 19-year-old Perez faces are Racketeering Conspiracy, Murder in Aid of Racketeering, Use of a Firearm Resulting in Death, Attempted Murder and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon in Aid of Racketeering, Use of a Firearm for Attempted Murder, and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.

A top Mexican official who once helped his country tackle the growing problem of drug gangs has now been convicted of himself helping drug cartels move weight across south of the border.
Raw Story is reporting that on Tuesday (February 21), the former Secretary of Public Security of Mexico, Garcia Luna, was found guilty in a Brooklyn federal court of taking bribes from drug traffickers who he was supposed to be taking off the streets in exchange for protection and information on rivals and authorities. Prosecutors argued that Luna took millions of dollars in bribes from El Chapo’s Sinaloa Cartel from 2006-2012 when he was tasked to be taking down the now-infamous drug cartel. Luna now faces at least 20 years in prison for his transgression.
“Garcia Luna, who once stood at the pinnacle of law enforcement in Mexico, will now live the rest of his days having been revealed as a traitor to his country and to the honest members of law enforcement who risked their lives to dismantle drug cartels,” said US prosecutor Breon Peace, welcoming the verdict.
A spokesperson for the current Mexican government, which has accused Garcia Luna of stealing more than $200 million of public funds and has demanded his extradition, said in a tweet that “justice has arrived.”
Prosecutors argued that Garcia Luna, who held high-ranking security positions in Mexico from 2001 until 2012, was the cartel’s “partner in crime.”
We hope Luna enjoyed that money while he could because we doubt anyone’s going to be trying to break him out of prison like his former employer, Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman. Unfortunately for Luna, nine of the 26 people who testified against him were former drug traffickers from Mexico who cooperated with U.S. prosecutors in hopes of getting leniency in their own upcoming trials.
They included former several high-level cartel bosses, including Jesus “Rey” Zambada, Sergio Villarreal and Oscar “Lobo” Valencia.
They claimed to have paid millions of dollars to Garcia Luna collectively, and through Arturo Beltran Leyva, who ran his own drug cartel and served as a go-between with Garcia Luna, known as a “supercop,” in exchange for protection.
Nothing like snitching on law enforcement to help yourself get out of a sticky situation.
Garcia Luna was eventually arrested in Texas in December 2019 and charged with five counts including cocaine trafficking conspiracy and making false statements to authorities. His wife and two children were in court when his guilty verdict was announced.
You have to wonder if he’ll end up in the same prison as El Chapo. Just sayin.’

In today’s episode of Now, Sis’, What Is You Doin’? a high school cafeteria worker in Louisiana has been arrested after being accused of selling cannabis edibles to students, which would indicate that she has taken the “high” part of “high school” far too literally. (Sorry, I couldn’t help myself. Please don’t block me.)
According to WAFB, 45-year-old Tymetrica Cohns was actually a temporary cafeteria worker at Jewel M. Sumner High School in Kentwood, Louisiana, before she was arrested Friday for allegedly selling homemade baked goods laced with cannabis to teenagers, which, you know, is like selling Scooby snacks to Scooby and Shaggy for the most part (I mean, it’s still wrong, but I’m jussayin’).
Tangipahoa Parish said they were notified about Cohns’ alleged extra-illegal-curricular activities through a Crime Stoppers app. In fact, apparently, it was a student who blew the whistle on the alleged operation, which, well, might have made them somewhat unpopular around the lunch table if anyone found out. (Again, jussayin’)
“I want to commend this student who saw something and used the app to bring this threat to the attention of our school officials and law enforcement,” Tangipahoa Parish School Superintendent Melissa Stilley said in a statement. She also explained that Cohns was a substitute worker hired by Education Staffing Solutions (ESS), a staffing service that places substitute employees in schools.
“The safety and well-being of our students are paramount,” Police Chief Jimmy Travis of the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office said. “We encourage using the P3 app to report anything they feel threatens their ability to learn in a safe environment.”
Yeah, man, you can’t, as a middle-aged adult especially, be out here selling weed to kids while they’re in their learning environment. Imagine adding 4/20-friendly pastries to a high school lunch menu. People are while, bruh.

Two weeks ago, a 16-year-old in Harlem was beaten unconscious by a group of teens and robbed of his Air Jordan 1 “Lost and Found” sneakers, and now police are saying they’ve nabbed two suspects in connection with the assault and robbery.
The New York Daily News is reporting that Dijon Sellers, 18, and a 14-year-old suspect whose name was not released due to him being a minor were taken into custody Wednesday (Jan. 18) after police received a tip about their involvement in the Jan. 7 jux. After being booked, both Sellers and the minor were hit with robbery and gang assault charges.
The victim was standing in front of a McDonald’s on Broadway near W. 145th St. when a crew of muggers ran up and jumped him about 9:15 p.m., police said.
He was punched and kicked unconscious before the attackers ran off with the sneakers off his feet, police said.
The victim was taken by medics to Harlem Hospital, where he was treated and released.
The assault was the talk of the sneaker community as the Air Jordan 1s taken are one of the most highly coveted sneakers out on the streets today. Question is, who amongst the crew that perpetrated the assault is going to be the one taking the sneakers home? How’d they know they’d even fit any of them? Were they going to resell them? What exactly was the thought process before they decided to risk their freedom for a single pair of sneakers?
None of the suspects arrested have any priors, but don’t be surprised if names get named after this is all said and done because once kids start looking at jail time over something like this, fear begins to set in and lips begin to loosen. Just sayin.’

In today’s episode of Bro…There Are Better Ways To Say Your Marriage Was Trash, a California man has been caught on video crashing a dump truck into his estranged wife’s home in South Los Angeles.
Fortunately, no one was injured or killed during the incident in which the driver of the dump truck also crashed into multiple parked cars. But that doesn’t mean Patricia Dunn, the alleged target of the rampage didn’t suffer more than a scare.
“A man under that kind of rage – who’s to say what he might do?” Dunn told ABC 7 of the incident that happened Sunday afternoon in the area of 107th Street and Normandie Avenue in Westmont. “He was trying to kill me. He really was.”
Dunn also told reporters that she still fears for her life and that her husband had already come by and wrecked her home prior to receiving a dump truck. (Bruh, WTF?)

Patricia says her husband drove by the home three times. First he came by in a Chevy Impala and crashed into the home while she was inside. He returned in a dump truck and did more damage, then came back in the Impala again.
The home’s metal fence is bent to the ground and there are large dents in the exterior of the home right outside her bedroom.
“I was just trying to stay out of the way,” she said. “So I don’t know if he was drunk or under the influence. I never experienced anything like this in my life.”
Given the situation, one doesn’t need to do much speculating as to why Dunn is divorcing this maniac.
“Because we are going through a divorce,” Dunn—who says she’s filing for a restraining order against her husband—explained. “And he is upset about the fact no contact. He’s verbally abusive and I have nothing nice to say.”
Hopefully, this man, who hasn’t been identified publicly yet, is brought to justice and put somewhere he can’t harm Dunn or anyone else. In the meantime, Dunn said she’s currently staying with someone else in case her husband returns. Unfortunately, ABC noted that the “Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department says it took about 30 minutes before law enforcement arrived on scene because the initial call came in as a traffic collision and not a crime.”
