Whew chileeee! The energy between London On Da Track and his ex Eboni Powers isn’t giving holly or jolly this holiday season, Roomies! Eboni took her to Instagram story on Tuesday afternoon to reveal that London had a subpoena sent to her home in a Christmas box, Well, The Shade Room has learned that London is taking Eboni to court for primary custody of their daughter.

As we previously reported, Eboni’s vague message about the paperwork only alleged that London was seeking child support. However, documents obtained by TSR reveal that London is looking for joint legal and primary physical custody of their daughter Paris, alleging that Eboni is not currently capable of taking care of her.

According to the docs, London’s daughter has been living with him for the last 8 months, during which Eboni has allegedly “declined any attempt to visit the minor child.” Additionally, the documents seemingly allude to Eboni’s recent allegations against Shenseea and her son.

London On Da Track Files For Joint Legal & Primary Custody Of His Daughter

Though Eboni was just served with the paperwork, London submitted the legal filing back in November. The documents allege that London’s daughter has been in his custody for the last 8 months, despite Eboni’s social media claims that he hasn’t seen his daughter for some time.

Since the issuance of the previous order, there have been a substantial change in circumstances warranting the need to modify custody. Petitioner [London] shows that within the last eight months, the minor child has been primarily in his custody. While the minor child has been in Petitioner’s custody, Respondent [Eboni] has refused to exercise parenting time with the minor child.”

Additionally, London and his legal team allege that Eboni has admitted to being unable to care for their daughter at this time.

Petitioner has made attempts to contact Respondent regarding her exercising her parenting time. However, Respondent continuously declines to any attempt to visit the minor child nor has she attempted to initiate visitation. Respondent has stated that she is unable to care for the minor child and that the minor child should remain in the custody of Petitioner.”

The filing went on to state that Powers has been “emotionally and mentally damaging” to their child by “interrogating her about false allegations,”–seemingly alluding to the allegations Eboni has been making about Shenseea’s son.

Eboni Accuses Shenseea’s Son Of Inappropriate Behavior Toward Her Daughter

Eboni Powers hit the innanet with shocking allegations against Jamaican superstar Shenseea and her 7-year-old son in early December. According to multiple IG posts made by Powers, Shenseea’s son Raj engaged in inappropriate and seemingly sexual behavior with her daughter Paris.

Eboni made a plethora of posts, including a series of text messages between her and London, alleging that some sort of incident occurred between Raj and Paris that involved her daughter’s private parts. London took to social media multiple times to shut down the allegations, and even hit Eboni with a cease and desist barring her from speaking about Shenseea and Raj.

In addition to primary custody of Paris, London is seeking compensation for his legal fees.

On the heels of GloRilla making headlines with her $550/week personal assistant job listing, people are coming out of the woodwork to accuse the rapper of ripping them off.

A Choreographer Says GloRilla’s Team Left Her High & Dry

According to FOX13 Memphis, a choreographer named Trinica Goods alleges that GloRilla never paid for a five-hour dance lesson.

Trinica says that she worked with GloRilla at an Atlanta-based dance studio back in August, and the rapper allegedly agreed to pay $1,500 for the lesson. Additionally, the choreographer says she was also responsible for teaching Glo’s background dancers some new moves.

“You know her little signature move that she does? She was doing it one way, I choreographed it another way and they have been doing it that way in every other show.”

We should also note that the experience was documented on Trinica’s Instagram page.

After attempting to receive her payment, GloRilla’s team allegedly promised Trinica that she would be paid in the near future. However, four whole months later, she says she still hasn’t been compensated.

“Putting that on my resume doesn’t help pay my bills. That was five hours of my time that I could have been working on something else or doing something else. But here it is, I’m trying to go back and forth with grown men about who should pay me.”

The choreographer then revealed that, judging from buzz she’s heard from others, she thinks something fishy may be going on with Glo’s team.

“Then it started to come out that all her team [doesn’t] handle money well. And it’s nothing against her because I truly do not believe that she knows.”

She then wrapped up her commentary by saying that GloRilla “really is a true talent, but when you have greedy people behind true talent, it takes away from her.”

An Entrepreneur Made A Similar Allegation

Aside from Trinica, an entrepreneur named Kimberly Renfroe also alleges that she was ripped off by GloRilla’s team.

Kimberly, the owner of Fropunzel Hair & Body Care, says she reached out to Glo’s management to inquire about a product endorsement deal. She agreed to Zelle over $1,200, though she was allegedly asked to send another $300 afterwards. Then, after requesting a refund, she was totally ghosted.

Kimberly then took to TikTok to blast the situation, though FOX13 Memphis reports that it has since been removed.

GloRilla Issues A Response

In response to the situation, GloRilla released a statement to FOX13 Memphis and shared that scammers impersonating her team were responsible for the aforementioned allegations.

She shared that she’s “looking into the issue” and implored fans to “take the appropriate steps” to protect themselves from scams.

“I was made aware that an individual has been impersonating members of my team and deceiving people for money as part of a scam. I’m looking into the issue, but I’d like to encourage all my fans and supporters to be very careful with how they communicate with online strangers. It’s important to do research and take the appropriate steps to prevent yourselves from being victimized by cybercriminals posing as celebrity teams.”

Hitmaka recently upset Twitter users with his commentary on women in the rap game.

Hitmaka Says He Needs ‘A Pretty Female Rapper That’s Strictly About Bars’

The situation unfolded on Sunday after Hitmaka—who was previously known as Yung Berg—made an odd announcement online.

He initially proclaimed that he “can’t wait to work with a pretty female rapper that’s strictly about bars to even the playing field.”

Then, the producer explained that, while “p***y rap” had “shock value” in the past, he thinks it’s worn out and overdone.

A couple of hours later, Hitmaka issued a follow-up tweet and announced, “Top of the year I’m starting this female rapper project.”

Social Media Slams Hitmaka Over His Comments

It swiftly became evident that social media users were largely against the producer on the subject.

Specifically, many took issue with Hitmaka wanting to work with a “pretty” rapper, suggesting that he wouldn’t be interested in someone who spits bars but doesn’t meet his physical expectations.

People also side-eyed what he meant by “pretty.”

While responding to him, Twitter users clowned Hitmaka over his history of getting robbed.

Additionally, they also brought up past abuse allegations against the star.

Asian Doll & LightSkinKeisha Chime In

Some noteworthy women in the rap game took the time to share their thoughts on the matter.

Without directly naming Hitmaka, Asian Doll questioned why men are “always worried” about what female rappers are discussing.

“N***as been rapping bout the same thing since rap was invented.. ladies rap for the ladies not for you n***as. We running s**t rn so let us be US.”

She humorously went on to add, “Even tho I don’t only rap about my p***y still Stfu.”

On the other end of the spectrum, however, LightSkinKeisha jumped to Hitmaka’s defense. She also alleged that fans themselves are part of the reason why the industry is so obsessed with attractiveness.

“How y’all mad at Hitmaka for saying he wants to work w/ a pretty female rapper? Let’s be real, y’all not supporting nothing that u don’t find attractive in some way! Cus if it’s a ‘ugly’ female rapper, y’all gone rip her to shreds and remind her she ugly every chance y’all get!”

At this point, we should note that—despite the controversy—Hitmaka was just glad to have gotten the conversation started.

WATCH: Bishop Lamor Whitehead Says He's 'Not Guilty' Of Recent Charges: 'I'm A Man Of Integrity, Stature, God'

Bishop Lamor Whitehead is back outside following an arrest on Monday (Dec. 19). Whitehead is facing two counts of wire fraud, one count of extortion, and one count of making false statements to the FBI.

But, on Tuesday, Bishop Whitehead took to his Instagram account to clapback at the charges in a 15-minute video. He opted for a cream suit jacket and dark brown turtleneck rather than his usual luxury print suits or large, diamond chain. He sported an iced-out watch on his right wrist and a large gold ring with a ruby on his left finger.

The church leader emphasized that an arrest doesn’t translate to guilt, which the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York already established in their arrest statement.

“The bishop was arrested, and everybody is coming up with some type of opinions and advice, but imma tell y’all today that the bishop is not guilty and I’m gonna fight it,” Whitehead said. “I have the right legal team, and most importantly, I have God.”

He named his family, including his parishioners, as his support system and thanked those who offered theirs. And for people with questions regarding the charges and his arrest, he emphasized that he is innocent.

“First of all, I want to say that I’m not guilty,” Lamor said. I want to make that clear y’all. That’s why I have a smile on my face. I’m in amazing spirit, I’m great and I’m not guilty.”

Again, he resorted to thanking his wife, Asia DosReis-Whitehead, his family, and his Leaders of Tomorrow International Churches parishioners. He declared that they are familiar with who he “really is.” 

Lamor Whitehead Charged With Fraud, Extortion And Making False Statements 

Meanwhile, the D.A.’s office alleges Whitehead defrauded a former parishioner out of $90,000. Pauline Anderson filed a lawsuit against Lamor in 2021, saying he convinced her to liquidate her savings to help her buy a home but instead used her money on personal expenses.

In a separate incident, authorities say Whitehead defrauded a businessman out of $5,000 and attempted to squeeze another $500,000 from him. Additionally, the arrest statement says he lied to the FBI about having two phones during an investigation.

In their arrest statement, the D.A.’s office declared that Whitehead’s “campaign of fraud and deceit stops now.” FBI Assistant Director Michael Driscoll also spoke on Whitehead’s charges.

“As we allege today, Whitehead carried out several duplicitous schemes in order to receive funds from his victims. Additionally, when speaking with authorities, Whitehead consciously chose to mislead and lie to them. If you are willing to attempt to obtain funds through false promises or threats, the FBI will ensure that you are made to face the consequences for your actions in our criminal justice system,” Driscoll said.

Lamor Whitehead Asks For ‘An Opportunity’ To Prove His Innocence

As the video continued, Whitehead spoke about having God on his side and how no one could be against him because of it. He flashed smiles and released chuckles throughout the video as he recited Bible scriptures, explained his innocence, and urged people to let his legal team do their jobs.

He referred to his church robbery and how people speculated he was involved until police arrested two of the men who allegedly committed the crime in September.

“I want y’all to really stay focused in this season, stay firm in this season. We have to understand we have a purpose, we have a process, we have a promise. I’m living my purpose, I’m going through my process to enter my promise. And I want you guys to allow me and my family to have peace,” Whitehead said.

Lamor added that he received death threats and wishes against him and his family after the robbery and involvement speculations. However, he’s hoping for a different outcome this time as he undergoes the legal process.

“A lot of you might not like me cause you don’t understand me, but I want y’all to give me an opportunity, give me a chance so that you guys can understand who Bishop Whitehead is: a man of excellence, a man of integrity,” Whitehead said. “And if I wasn’t a man of God the enemy wouldn’t be fighting me like he is.”

Rapper Lil Wayne is spreading some holiday cheer with his latest initiative. The 40-year-old teamed up with fellow Young Money mate Mack Maine and threw a celebration for 150 high-achieving students at a Dave & Busters in New Orleans.

According to TMZ, the rappers teamed up with Wilson Sporting Goods for the event called “A Weezy Christmas.” It celebrated students between the ages of 12 and 16 for “excelling in academics” and participating in local community sports programs.

In addition to playing the Dave & Busters games and taking photos with Santa Clause, each student was also treated to brand-new sports equipment.

Lil Wayne, also referred to as Lil Tunechi, took to Instagram to share photos of the event. As well as some words.

In an exclusive press release shared with Billboard, the rapper spoke further about the event.

Whether it’s learning about sportsmanship, teamwork, or just using the field as a way to escape everyday stresses, we wanted to make sure these kids get to experience impactful moments.

Lil Wayne’s Additional Philanthropic Efforts

Outside of the Christmas party, Wayne is also giving back to his hometown of New Orleans in other ways. According to TMZ, the “How To Love” rapper is also working on an athletic program in Harrell Park.

In addition, he and Mack Maine are working with two mentorship programs that encourage children to dream big and become leaders in their communities.

Wayne Is Giving Back Despite It Being His Season To Receive

The 40-year-old recently achieved Diamond certification for his 2008 single “Lollipop.” The achievement was awarded by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Wayne took to Instagram to share his shock and Diamond plaque with the world. He also thanked his co-writer, the late Static Major.

While discussing the ongoing Megan Thee Stallion assault trial, Joe notably declared that he’s “seen [Megan] do horrible things to some really great people” in the industry.

“I stand in my dislike…Personally, I’ve seen this woman do horrible things to some really great people that I have longstanding relationships with in this industry, so I’m biased. You can’t just treat my friends and people I f**k with and people I’ve seen in this game for 15 years a certain way.”

In spite of this statement, though, Joe clarified that he didn’t know Megan personally. He also added that he was speaking on her business decisions and acknowledged that the rapper “could be amazing.”

“I’m talking about her and what she’s chosen to do professionally. I wanna be clear, I don’t know her as a person. She could be amazing. But there’s a lot to deal with when you sign, and a lot happens fast.”

In response to Joe’s comments, Vivica A. Fox shared quite a scathing message!

The Set It Off actress addressed the matter during an episode of Cocktails with Queens on FOX Soul. As the co-hosts discussed Joe’s commentary, Vivica directed a message at Joe and outright told him to “sit [his] b***h a** down.”

Megan Thee Stallion’s former stylist, E.J. King, took the stand Monday and testified about Megan and Kelsey Nicole’s behavior during Kylie Jenner‘s party, and spoke on Meg allegedly possessing weapons as well as him begging her to leave Jenner‘s house party.

King, whose real name is Eric Culbertson, provided crucial testimony during the Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion shooting trial in Los Angeles.

Meg’s Former Stylist Testifies On Begging Her To Leave Kylie Jenner’s Party Before Shooting

He was questioned by Tory’s attorney, George Mgdesyan, and allegedly testified that he, Meg and Kelsey never carried any handguns to protect themselves when security was not present, but did admit that he’s seen Meg carry tasers and mace to protect herself, according to the Twitter account Louder Than A Riot, which provided a thread rundown of King’s testimony.

King also reportedly testified that Kylie’s stepfather Corey Gamble attempted to get everyone to leave the party before Lanez arrived up around 8 or 9 p.m. King expressed that he did not like being the “last Black people in somebody’s house.”

The celebrity stylist also said that Meg, Kelsey and Kylie had all been drinking prior to Tory’s arrival. However, Meg and Kylie reportedly got excited after Tory showed up, and the three began to drink together.

“(That’s when) Meg’s energy shifted from fun Megan to irritated Megan,” King said.

King also testified that Meg “was past the faded point,” and “didn’t want to leave without Tory,” despite his efforts to get her to leave the party without him.

He also explained that the singer can get “aggressive” if she drinks too much.

Mgdesyan went on to ask King whether Megan Thee Stallion was “past the faded point” on the day of the party, which EJ King responded in the affirmative.

The stylist, who said he does not drink, told the court that he was “on alert” because Megan Thee Stallion was intoxicated and had made a “slight comment” to Kylie Jenner.

King revealed that Kelsey told Kylie, “you’re fun, you’re a vibe,” to which Megan reportedly added “I’m really glad because I thought you were a lame.”

The 40-year-old King is a celebrity stylist and television personality, probably best known for his appearance on the BET show About the Business.

He began working in Hollywood as an extra on movie sets, including the 2006 film Dreamgirls.

Last month, Trey Songz was again at the center of allegations of violence against a woman. The singer has racked up a slew of sexual assault claims against him. This year alone, Trey faced a now-dismissed $20 million lawsuit for anal rape and another dismissed sexual assault investigation in Las Vegas.

In the alleged recent incident, Trey repeatedly punched a woman in the face inside a bowling alley bathroom. Then, he allegedly dragged the same woman by her hair. TMZ first reported the story last month, but the beatdown occurred in October, per NYPD sources who say the victim filed her report in late October.

Following the incident, the woman received treatment at a hospital. Police say she had “visible minor injuries,” per TMZ.

A new report from the same outlet says Trey voluntarily turned himself into the police at a New York station. Officials reportedly booked the singer, gave him a desk appearance ticket for assault, and released him.

In New York City, a desk appearance ticket is basically an order to appear in court for an arraignment. That arraignment date remains unknown at this time.

New Details! Trey Songz Accused Of Punching TWO People At The Bowling Alley

Trey’s volunteer surrender also brought new information to light. In addition to allegedly beating a woman at the bowling alley, he reportedly also attacked a man. The unidentified man claims Trey landed a punch on his eye, but he refused medical treatment at the time.

It’s unclear what led to the alleged physical altercations or whether the victims were at the bowling alley with Trey. At the time this article was published, none of the victims had come forward on social media or elsewhere.

However, his lawyer Mitch Schuster seems to think his client’s name will soon be cleared.

“We have been proactively communicating with NY law enforcement, the DA, and all those involved,” Schuster said. “While we will respectfully and proactively work through all the appropriate channels, we are confident that Trey will be fully cleared of any wrong doing.”

Sameera specifically uploaded two photos of Ashley wearing a dainty dress, and she wrote, “The fat positivity movement is getting out of hand.”

She also mom-shamed Ashley and went as far as to dub her as a “(fat) wh*re.”

Sameera went on to allege that “poor, stressed-out men prefer fat women like Ashley Graham.”

Once Sameera’s tweet began to pick up traction, it swiftly became the talk of the timeline, and Sameera was getting eaten up!

People went in on the journalist, with one supporter saying she must’ve “caught her man looking at Ashley Graham’s IG.”

Some users shared that the attempt at shaming Ashley was a full-on flop and basically backfired.

Others disregarded the hate and showered the model in love.

Ashley herself soon chimed in as well, though she chose to take the high road and sparked a trend that unapologetically celebrated body positivity.

Swiftly, others began to share photos of themselves embracing their bodies. As a result, Sameera’s tweet only inspired people to be take “fat positivity” even further!

Where’s The Love For Lizzo, Though?

Amid the support for Ashley, however, some began to question whether those “whose ‘plus-size’ bodies don’t conform to societal standards of beauty” would get the same validation.

Lizzo in particular was brought up, as many felt that people wouldn’t have the same positive energy for the “Rumors” singer.

Despite this, many fans relished in the fact that Ashley Graham and Lizzo stay living in critics’ heads rent-free. In the words of Nicki Minaj, “F**k them skinny b***hes!”
