We will close the year with one of Hip-Hop’s premiere couples, Remy Ma and Papoose, seemingly on the outs.
TMZ Hip Hop reports that the long-rumored split between Remy Ma and Papoose happened, and the “Conceited” rapper’s new alleged boo, Eazy The Block Captain, was the one to spill the beans unknowingly.
The celebrity gossip site reports that a YouTube blog leaked 16-minute audio featuring the battle rapper seemingly confirming to a “friend” that he and Remy are an item and want to fight Papoose.
In the audio, Eazy claims it was the Bronx rapper pleading with him not to spill the tea on their relationship after Papoose allegedly put his hands on him while adding that Remy Ma has been a frequent visitor to his crib, seemingly confirming rumors that began during a battle rap event.

Viewers became suspicious after Geechi Gotti mentioned the affair during his battle with Eazy in a clever way.

Eazy also says in the audio that he wants a rematch with Papoose, claiming his punches don’t hurt. He also claims he will step aside if Pap and Remy decide to work things out.
Social Media Reacts To The News
Remy Ma and Papoose had a fairytale relationship, with him patiently waiting and holding down the fort while the Terror Squad affiliate was in prison.
The news of their breakup spawned sad reactions from fans who regarded their relationship as “goals.”
On X, formerly Twitter, one user said alongside a video of a crying person chugging down alcohol. “Remy Ma & Papoose are really divorcing… I don’t believe in love anymore.”
While others are outright giving Remy Ma the side eye for allegedly cheating.
“I usually don’t disagree with women cheating, but remy ma wrong asf bol,” another post read.
It looks like love is truly dead.

The ongoing saga between Keke Palmer and her baby daddy, Darius Jackson, has taken an interesting turn.
Palmer and her ex-boyfriend are currently engaged in a messy custody battle over their son Leodis Andrellton, with the actress/singer asking for full custody of Leodis and a temporary restraining order against her former flame.
The NOPE star claims Jackson was physically and verbally abusive towards her, and now Jackson is making the same claims in a counterclaim filed on Friday morning with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, the Los Angeles Times reports via Complex.
Per Complex:
In the complaint, Jackson claimed that Palmer, 30, “repeatedly engaged in abusive conduct” and “acted as the primary aggressor” during their two-year relationship.
Several incidents are cited in the counterclaim between Aug. 20, 2021 to March 12, 2023, where Jackson claimed that Palmer “was verbally and physically abusive” and “frequently became agitated and aggressive after consuming alcohol.”
The former athlete alleged that the actress “punched [him] in the face” at a birthday party in August 2021, “punched the windshield of [his] car” while he was driving in January 2022, and “physically attacked [him] by choking and hitting [him]” at her Los Angeles residence on Feb. 28, 2022.
Jackson also alleged in the filing that on March 12 of this year, Palmer had been drinking and called him multiple expletives after blaming him for a clogged shower drain. “I tried to de-escalate the situation and she became more enraged,” said Jackson in the counterclaim.
Palmer did get a temporary restraining order against her son’s father, while Jackson denied all of the abuse claims levied against him.
Keke’s momma got in the mix by adding to the drama after threatening to shoot Jackson for entering her daughter’s home, allegedly.
This situation is a giant, public mess that we hope the two can figure out amicably for the sake of their son.

Coach Prime, aka Deion Sanders, and producer Tracey Edmonds are calling it quits.
Over the weekend, Sanders and Edmonds announced the end of their four-year engagement and 11-year relationship amicably in a now-deleted post originally shared on her Instagram account.
“To EVERYONE who has been there for us, supported us, and shown us love…We have mutually decided that it is best for us to move forward in life AS FRIENDS and have made this decision with love in our hearts, respect for each other, and appreciation for the time we’ve shared together,” the couple wrote per The Grio. “Please keep us in your prayers as we go through this transition. Thank you for being there for us ALL THESE YEARS! We love you and appreciate you SO MUCH!”
Sanders cosigned the post in the comment section: “Love u Tracey and You’ve been a true blessing to me. I appreciate the times we’ve shared and [the] laughs we’ve had,” Sanders wrote under the post. “You are an amazing woman and a tremendous mother. God bless u with every endeavor and every step u take. You are HER. Tracey-Mack !!!”
Edmonds put a post thanking everyone for reaching out to her, writing in the caption, “Fam, thank you for all of your beautiful posts, messages, texts, and calls. Even though I’m unable to get back to you right now, KNOW that I’m grateful for them. Your love, support, and kindness REFUELS me! Sending everyone LOVE!”
How The Couple Met
The couple met in 2012 at a movie premiere, and Edmonds initially connected with Sanders, intending to produce a reality TV show about former NFL player turned college football coach.
They “grew quite fond of each other and ended up dating,” according to People magazine, and maintained a relationship despite the long distance due to their busy lives.
The couple didn’t let the distance hamper their relationship.
“[We are] at the age [56] and stage where I don’t think neither of us needs a lot,” Sanders told People. “It’s a blessing, but we understand each other because we’re busy in our own right.”
Social Media Got Jokes
Users on X, formerly Twitter, don’t take anything seriously and have been reacting to the news of the couple’s split. Noticeably, folks have been using the moment to take shots at Coach Prime, who hasn’t had the best first season at Colorado University since starting on a good foot.
“Dang @DeionSanders even Tracey jumping in the portal,” one post on X hilariously read.
Lol, damn.

It’s better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.
Word on the street is that Cher, 76, and Alexander “AE” Edwards, 37, have ended their May-December romance. According to TMZ, they were also never even engaged despite multiple reports to the contrary.
Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ they ended things a few weeks ago, though it’s currently unclear what led to the relationship’s collapse or who first decided to end it.
Related Stories
The musical icon fueled rumors that the couple was engaged when she shared a photo of a massive engagement ring on social media around Christmas. She also later told the paparazzi that they were engaged, but it seems they were just having fun.
According to People, the couple met last September during Paris Fashion Week. Edwards has reportedly helped her with new music and supported her last year when she lost her 96-year-old mother.
Cher is considered the “Goddess of Pop” with a phenomenal career that spans five decades. The “Believe” singer is one Tony away from being an EGOT winner–considered the grand slam of the entertainment industry. She was formerly married to the late Sonny Bono and Greg Allman; she has a son with each.
Edwards is an executive at Universal Music Group and was previously linked to Amber Rose with whom he shares a son, Slash.
They couple was spotted on the red carpet together earlier this year.
Page Six reported:
Cher and the music producer looked smitten as they wrapped their arms around each other for photos. They both flashed cheerful smiles and flaunted their love for all to see.
Both wore head-to-toe Versace for the occasion, of course, with Edwards looking cool in all black; he paired a button-front jacket with a knit polo and dress pants, while the Goddess of Pop went glam in a metallic blue leather jacket embellished with studs and crystals layered atop a matching bondage-style catsuit and platform boots.
The couple’s loved-up outing marked the first time they walked a red carpet together, hinting that they are more serious than ever.
Welp. Grand opening, grand closing.

Lori Harvey and Damson Idris were celebrated just months ago as the newest young “it” couple, with many fans of the two loving their romantic connection. However, the streets say the pair have broken up and the reactions from the failed relationships segment of Twitter are out of control.
Lori Harvey, 26, and Damson Idris, 31, first made their relationship official on Instagram at the top of the year. Late last year, Harvey split with Michael B. Jordan after an intense romance between the pair went to the wayside. For Idris, the showy declarations of love and the like were just as noticeable as it was with Jordan and Harvey herself joined in on the display with photos sealing the deal.
News of the breakup came by way of a source who spoke to Media Take Out and the outlet took notice of the fact that recent public appearances of Idris feature him without Harvey on his arm. That doesn’t necessarily confirm the rumors of the breakup but it definitely has folks online talking.
As it stands, fans are making their own assumptions about what happened, even though the source that spoke with Media Take Out said there are no issues between the two and the split was amicable. Further, those same fans are taking shots at Idris over his sex scene with Chloe Bailey in the Amazon Prime thriller series, Swarm.
Yeah, we know that doesn’t make sense.
At any rate, the reactions are starting to bubble up and this latest high-profile relationship examination inspired some cringeworthy and frankly mean-spirited reactions on Twitter. We’ve got the best of the worst below.
