Things still seem to be very spicy between the Hot Boys. B.G. says he and Lil Wayne spoke after dissing his band mate.
Last week he released a song with Finesse2tymes titled “Gangstafied” where he took some very pointed shots at Tune. “My n***a Weezy steady touring, but he’s b***h and it’s showing / I’m still a living legend, don’t act like you didn’t know it” he rapped. XXL Magazine is reporting that the newly free MC has spoken to Wayne as per a video he shared to social media on Sunday, January 7.
“I talked to my little brother last night. Shout out to shorty. Still my little bro. I love my little bro. Sh*t be complicated sometimes. But, you know, Gizzle gon’ do what Gizzle does” he said. “I’ll tell a n***a I love him and call him a b***h all in the same sentence,” B.G. added. “So, if you ain’t like…you know…this family business. Shout out to my little brother Weezy, too.” Now that the Hot Boys all free men (Turk was released from prison in 2012 after serving almost nine years in prison) it is clear to the public that team has some issues to hash out before a formal reunion can happen.
In September of last year Birdman announced he is working towards a Cash Money Records reunion tour. But when asked why he did not roll out the same red carpet for Turk as he did for B.G. he made it clear that the two aren’t always on the same page. “Honestly me and Turk ain’t have a relationship before he went to jail” he said in an interview with Live Bitez.

After serving almost 11 years B.G. is now a free man. Birdman says the Hot Boy will has re-signed with Cash Money Records.
As per Hip-Hop N More the New Orleans, Louisiana native was released on September 7. Upon walking out of the correctional facility he was greeted by friends, family and his former record label CEO. After embracing the flashy music executive he was gifted a diamond Cash Money Records pendant to which he responded “that’s where it all started at”.
On a recent interview Birdman made it clear that the “Bling Bling” MC’s status with the brand moving forward goes further than just jewelry. While talking to the staff The 85 South Show he revealed BG is back on CMR. “For the record, I just want ni***s to know that my ni*** official Cash Money — ain’t no cap in that” he explained. “Ya heard me? Ain’t nobody he can ever sign with beside this sh*t. I’m bringing all this sh*t together. B.G. signed to Cash Money so y’all don’t got to hear it from nowhere else.”
The passion behind his announcement most likely stems from Gucci Mane offering BGizzle seven figures back in 2022. “My 1017 family help me welcome home the living legend @BGHollyHood! Glad u home bruh! Got so much love and respect for u as a man and artist! Get at me, I got a milli for u! Wanna sign u to 1017!!!!! #1017Mafia,” he wrote on Twitter.
B.G. has received an outpouring of support from his peers including Turk, Boosie, The Game, Bun B and former NBA star Stephen Jackson. While all signs point to BG enjoying his new life his freedom does come with several stipulations. He must attend substance dependency programs, complete 400 hours of community service and complete his GED or training equivalent.

B.G. is finally free, and there will be plenty of stipulations and guidelines he will have to follow to stay out of prison.
Spotted on TMZ Hip Hop, B.G. will have several conditions he must fulfill after serving 11 long years in prison. According to the celebrity gossip site, B.G. must do plenty of community service, participate in an alcohol/drug treatment program, and get his GED.
Per TMZ Hip Hop:
Court docs obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, outline the terms of B.G.’s 2 years of supervised release which make it mandatory he participate in an approved drug/alcohol treatment program … in addition to a program designed to better orient one’s life skills.
The 42-year-old rapper is also required to perform 400 hours of unpaid community service and is barred from possessing firearms and other dangerous weapons. He also must cooperate in the collection of DNA as directed by his probation officer.
And, then there’s his education … the court’s ordered B.G. to actively pursue a GED or vocational training equivalent in order to better set him up for future employment.
The chances are slim that you will see B.G., born Christopher Noel Dorsey, working an actual 9-5. The 43-year-old Hip-Hop star made it clear to his fans that he intends to hop back in the studio at some point.
If and when he does, we already know his Cash Money Records family will fully support him in restarting his music career. The label’s owner, Birdman, was one of the first people to greet him when he left prison, and fellow Hot Boy member Turk told TMZ Hip Hop fans to expect a reunion reminiscent of the “Bling Bling” days.
We’re happy to see B.G. is home and continue to wish he thrives.
