Vanessa Hudgens and Husband Cole Tucker Welcome First Baby: ‘Mom Dad and Baby Are Happy and Healthy’

Vanessa Hudgens and her husband professional baseball player Cole Tucker welcomed their first child together this week. “We’re disappointed that our family’s privacy was disrespected and exploited during this very special time due to the greed of a long lens camera feeding the media,” Hudgens wrote in the Story, adding, “Mom dad and baby are happy and healthy.”

At press time Hudgens, 35, and Tucker, 28, who married in Mexico last December, had not revealed the baby’s name or gender. The singer appeared to be referring to photos published on TMZ on Wednesday in which Hudgens was seen leaving a Santa Monica hospital in a wheelchair while holding the baby.

Hudgens debuted her baby bump on the red carpet at this year’s Oscars in March.

Last month, a fellow member of the Wildcat family, Zac Efron, sent good vibes to Hudgens, and another HSM alum, Ashley Tisdale, as both women awaited the birth of their children. “Oh they’re going to be the best moms ever,” he told Access Hollywood at the red carpet of the premiere of his new rom-com, A Family Affair. “Those girls, are you kidding me? Oh my gosh. Yeah, we’re going to have some fun family reunions coming up.”

Both women announced their pregnancies in March, just two months before Hudgens took the crown as the winner of season 11 of The Masked Singer following a flawless run in the Goldfish costume.

Jimmie Allen’s Estranged Wife Alexis Gale Welcomes Baby Boy: See Pics

Jimmie Allen‘s turbulent year has come to another milestone. Alexis Gale, the country singer’s estranged wife, gave birth to their third child on Monday (Oct. 2).

Gale shared the news via Instagram on Monday, posting a photo set announcing the arrival of a baby boy named Cohen Ace James. Cohen came into the world on Wednesday, Sept. 27, according to her caption. Cohen is the separated couple’s first son; he joins older sisters Naomi, 3, and Zara, 1. Allen and Gale married in 2021 after two years of dating.

In April, Allen and Gale shared a message that simultaneously announced their separation and pregnancy. “After much thought and reflection in recent months, Lex & I have made the decision to separate,” they wrote. “As we navigate this life change, we can also share that we will be welcoming another child together later this year.”

The pair’s separation came one month before Variety reported a lawsuit filed against Allen, his management company Wide Open Music and Ash Bowers in which an unnamed manager of Allen’s alleged that the star subjected her to sexual and verbal abuse. Another report followed June 8, revealing a second lawsuit in which a second anonymous woman — who stated that she and Allen were in a monthslong long-distance relationship — alleged that Allen sexually assaulted her in a Las Vegas hotel room and recorded the attack on his phone. Shortly after news of the lawsuits broke, Allen was dropped by BBR Music Group, his record label, and several events where he was booked as a performer.

The Grammy nominee countersued both women, explaining in a statement to Billboard, “These false allegations have caused me to lose a vast number of business and endorsement opportunities that I worked extremely hard for. These false allegations have also not only harmed me, but have caused severe financial damage to my band, my team, and their families.”

Cordae & Naomi Osaka Welcome Baby Girl: Report

Congratulations are in order for Grammy-nominated rap star Cordae and tennis champion Naomi Osaka. On Tuesday (July 11), the couple welcomed their first child together, a baby girl, People reports.

The couple first announced that they were expecting back in January. “Can’t wait to get back on the court but here’s a little life update for 2023,” Osaka wrote in an Instagram caption for a photo of her sonogram. By June, the four-time Grand Slam singles champion confirmed that she was expecting a baby girl, via Instagram, sharing photos from her princess-themed baby shower.

Although Osaka has been absent from the 2023 tennis season, the star athlete vowed to return in 2024. In the same post in which she announced her pregnancy, she wrote, “The past few years have been interesting to say the least, but I find that it’s the most challenging times in life that may be the most fun.” She continued, “2023 will be a year that’ll be full of lessons for me and I hope I’ll see you guys in the start of the next one cause I’ll be at [the Australian Open] 2024.”

Cordae recently earned his highest-charting Billboard Hot 100 entry yet with “Doomsday” (with Lyrical Lemonade and Juice WRLD), which peaked at No. 58 on the chart dated July 8. On the Billboard 200, both of his solo studio albums — 2019’s The Lost Boy and 2022’s From a Birds Eye View — peaked at No. 13.

Cordae and Osaka confirmed they were dating in the summer of 2019.

Throughout her career, Osaka has been an activist as much as she’s been an athlete, from condemning Asian hate to advocating for mental health. In March, the Olympian partnered with Modern Health for a collection of children’s meditations. “I would say for me, I just want to be the best version of myself,” she told People. “Obviously, I’ve never been a mother before so I’m taking it day-by-day and just trying to be someone that my son or daughter will be proud of.”
