Cardi B Welcomes Baby No. 3 With Estranged Husband Offset, Shares Photos From Hospital

Congratulations are in order for Cardi B and Offset, who welcomed their third baby together a few days ago.

The “WAP” rapper confirmed the news with an Instagram post Thursday (Sept. 12), sharing photos from the hospital where she gave birth and confirming that their new addition had been born five days prior. “The prettiest lil thing … 9/7/24.”

Billboard has reached out to both artists’ reps for comment.

In some of the pictures she shared, Cardi cradles her new bundle of joy — dressed in a pink onesie and cap to match the pink emojis in the musician’s caption — while sitting up in her hospital bed. Other photos find the Migos rapper and their 6-year-old daughter Kulture taking turns holding the baby as 3-year-old son Wave keeps more of a distance, hanging out next to his dad.

The little one’s arrival makes the “I Like It” musician a mom of three, while ‘Set is also dad to 14-year-old Jordan, 9-year-old Kody and 9-year-old Kalea from past relationships.

Cardi announced that she was pregnant with baby No. 3 at the beginning of August, the same day Billboard confirmed that she’d filed for divorce from the “Stir Fry” artist for a second time. Sharing photos of her bump, the Grammy winner wrote, “With every ending comes a new beginning!”

“I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power! Reminded me that I can have it all!” she added at the time. “It’s so much easier taking life’s twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother and your sister have shown me why it’s worth it to push through!”

The former couple — who tied the knot in 2017 — seems to be on solid ground in spite of their split, which a rep confirmed to Billboard in August was “not based on any one particular incident … it has been a long time coming and is amicable.” Earlier this month, Cardi and ‘Set reunited to celebrate Wave’s third birthday, joining forces to throw him a proper birthday party.

Jay Wheeler & Zhamira Zambrano Welcome Their First Baby: See the Photos

Jay Wheeler and Zhamira Zambrano are first-time parents! The couple announced the exciting news in a joint post on Wednesday (Sept. 4).

“Welcome princess, we love you with our life,” reads the caption, which accompanies two adorable photos in which the newborn’s tiny feet and hands are shown.

The Puerto Rican artist and Venezuelan emerging act first announced they were expecting their first child on June 13 via a collaboration post on Instagram. “Bienvenida,” read the caption alongside four images of the couple embracing each other lovingly.

To coincide with the news, Zambrano also released a single called “Bienvenida,” with a music video that documented her pregnancy. “My life is about to change in a couple more months,” she croons sweetly against a slow pop ballad.

Wheeler and Zambrano tied the knot in December, and that same month dropped their second collaborative effort, “Extrañándote,” following “Dícelo” in 2022. The former earned Zambrano her first top 10 on the Latin Pop Airplay chart and Wheeler his third. They also performed the song at the 2024 Latin American Music Awards this April.

Zambrano will be participating in the 2024 Billboard Latin Music Week, joining previously announced artists such as J Balvin, Alejandro Sanz, Peso Pluma, Maria Becerra and Gloria Estefan, to name a few.

It’s a Boy! Nelly And Ashanti Announce 1st First Child Together

Nelly and Ashanti are sharing that they welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Kareem Kenkaide Haynes, on July 18. 

A representative confirmed the birth and the baby’s name with People and added “The proud and happy parents are so in love with KK!”

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Ashanti shares how their son got his name, “His dad named him with a lot of pride,” she said, adding that Kenkaide is a tribute to her own father’s name and Kareem meaning generous, kind and dignified, spoke to the couple. 

She also revealed that the baby came a little early, causing Nelly to have to quickly fly in for the birth. “Having all of us in the delivery room and seeing his face for the first time, I cried it was just so emotional and spiritual at the same time,” Ashanti recalled. “Having a vision of this moment for so long…it was such an electrifying feeling.”

The announcement comes after Ashanti shared her first post-delivery photo on Instagram where she posed in disposable underwear from a company called Frida Mom–which specializes in products for pregnant women and new mothers. 

“Funny how life’s plans aren’t…always on time.. lol. I’ve been waiting to be a mom for a long time now but nothing could prepare me for EVERYTHING motherhood brings! This is what postpartum looks like I’m loving these super cozy @fridamom shorts! I’m so proud of my body for giving me my baby, baby, baby, baby, boy,” the singer wrote in the photo caption, adding a heart eyes emoji. 

The couple reconciled after nearly a decade apart and were married in December 2023. 

In April of this year, Ashanti confirmed with Essence that she and Nelly were expecting. “This new year of my life is such a blessing full of love, hope, and anticipation,” she said. “Motherhood is something that I have looked forward to, and sharing this with my family, fiancé, and loyal fans, who have been so supportive of my career, is an amazing experience.”

She also offered some advice to other new moms, “follow your gut instinct and keep strong no matter what the obstacles bring,” adding, “Your child absolutely feels your energy. Make sure that the baby feels secure and safe and you have to have space for you as well. Don’t get too lost into the world of the baby. I think that it’s really important to create a balance.” But, as she’s quick to laugh and point out, “I’m super brand new so I’m not trying to give the golden advice.”⁠

She also shared, “My son definitely dictates everything now, he is the priority overall and I don’t care what it will take, what I have to do, I’m just going to give everything and my all to my son. This little boy has my entire soul wrapped around his finger.”⁠

Vanessa Hudgens and her husband professional baseball player Cole Tucker welcomed their first child together this week. And while the former High School Musical and Los Angeles Angels outfielder/shortstop were overjoyed by their baby bundle, in an Instagram Story on Thursday (July 4) Hudgens lamented that their special day was ruined by the prying eyes of the paparazzi.

“We’re disappointed that our family’s privacy was disrespected and exploited during this very special time due to the greed of a long lens camera feeding the media,” Hudgens wrote in the Story, adding, “Mom dad and baby are happy and healthy.”

At press time Hudgens, 35, and Tucker, 28, who married in Mexico last December, had not revealed the baby’s name or gender. The singer appeared to be referring to photos published on TMZ on Wednesday in which Hudgens was seen leaving a Santa Monica hospital in a wheelchair while holding the baby.

Hudgens debuted her baby bump on the red carpet at this year’s Oscars in March.

Last month, a fellow member of the Wildcat family, Zac Efron, sent good vibes to Hudgens, and another HSM alum, Ashley Tisdale, as both women awaited the birth of their children. “Oh they’re going to be the best moms ever,” he told Access Hollywood at the red carpet of the premiere of his new rom-com, A Family Affair. “Those girls, are you kidding me? Oh my gosh. Yeah, we’re going to have some fun family reunions coming up.”

Both women announced their pregnancies in March, just two months before Hudgens took the crown as the winner of season 11 of The Masked Singer following a flawless run in the Goldfish costume.

Jelly Roll & Bunnie XO Open Up About IVF Journey, Plan to ‘Add to Our Already Perfect Family’

Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO are on a journey toward expanding their family. The “Halfway to Hell” hitmaker made an appearance on the Bussin’ With the Boys podcast on Monday, and when the discussion turned to his current fitness focus, Jelly Roll revealed a surprise.

“My wife and I are talking about having a baby, and it really made me realize that at almost 40, I was like, it means I got to live to at least 60. I got to see this kid into college,” Jelly Roll said. “My plan was never to be 60. It was to be like 55. I think [the Grateful Dead lead singer Jerry] Garcia died at 56. I was young, so I was like, ’56 would be great for me! …It’s better than 27 when all the other stars died. It’s 27 or 56 in the celebrity world. Let me be 56.’ But now I’m like, ‘I’d like to see my 60s.’ You know what I mean? And that really lit it up.”

Meanwhile, Bunnie XO also shared a snippet from the podcast on her social media, adding in the caption, “God willing–Baby DeFord 2026,” and revealing that the couple is undergoing their own IVF journey.

Bunnie XO added, “Papa Bear dropped a surprise on this pod today. We had planned on doing this privately, but decided our IVF journey needed to be shared because we’ve always been so open. And w/ all odds stacked against us, it’s already been hard and we have only just begun. We have been meeting with IVF doctors & exploring all our options to add to our family.”

Bunnie XO continued, “J and I are so excited and scared all at the same time. We genuinely never thought we’d want to add to our family but something changed this year & we both just want a piece of us together to add to our our already perfect family with Bailee & Noah [Jelly Roll’s children from previous relationships]….so here we go y’all! Send all your love our way.”

Last month, Jelly Roll ran his first 5K, with Bunnie by his side. In training for the 5K, the singer lost more than 50 pounds.

“I couldn’t walk a mile when I started trying to do this back in January,” he told Entertainment Tonight after finishing the 5K race. “So the fact that we got 3-point-whatever it was [miles], got it down, I feel really, really good about it.” 

Jelly Roll has notched three Billboard Country Airplay chart-toppers to date with “Son of a Sinner,” “Need a Favor” and his Lainey Wilson collaboration “Save Me.” He will also perform a headlining set at Nissan Stadium during CMA Fest in Nashville on Saturday.

Sofia Richie and Music Exec Elliot Grainge Welcome First Baby

Sofia Richie and Elliot Grainge are brand new parents!

On Monday (May 20), the model and social media personality, who is the youngest daughter of legendary singer Lionel Richie, welcomed her first baby girl with Grainge, the son of Universal Music Group chairman/CEO Lucian Grainge.

The married couple shared the exciting news in an Instagram post on Friday (May 24). The black-and-white photo shows Richie, 25, and Grainge, 30, holding their newborn daughter’s tiny feet.

“Eloise Samantha Grainge 5•20•24 best day of my life,” she captioned the announcement.

“Now it really is a family of three,” Grainge wrote in the comments.

Richie’s adorable post garnered comments from numerous celebrities, including Kylie Jenner, Katy Perry and Joel Madden.

“Congratulations,” Jenner commented alongside a series of smiling face with heart emojis. Perry added, “Our QUEEN.” “The [star emoji] of the family,” wrote Good Charlotte’s Madden, who is married to Sofia’s sister, Nicole.

Richie announced her pregnancy during an interview and photo shoot with Vogue in late January. In the article, the model revealed that she took a pregnancy test before attending an Ed Sheeran concert with Grainge because “I kind of knew it was going to be a boozy night, and I was a few days late on my period, and I wanted to be generally safe.” She sent her husband to the drug store to buy three more tests to confirm after the first one came back positive.

Richie and Grainge were married in the South of France in April 2023. The pair made their relationship Instagram official in April 2021 and have kept their love relatively private. Elliot Grainge is the founder and CEO of independent record label 10K Projects.

Hilary Duff Welcomes Baby No. 4 & Reveals Daughter’s Unique Name

Hey now, this is what dreams are made of! Hilary Duff announced Tuesday (May 7) that she and husband Matthew Koma welcomed their new daughter last week, sharing photos from the singer-actress’ home water birth and revealing the little girl’s unique name on Instagram.

In the pictures, an emotional Duff sits in a tub while holding her family’s newest addition in her arms, kissing her minutes-old baby on the forehead. One particularly adorable snap captures the little girl’s round cheeks and full head of dark hair, already long enough to form an unintentional mohawk.

Confirming that her family’s newest addition was born May 3, Duff wrote, “Townes Meadow Bair…now we know why she made us wait so long…She was perfecting those Cheeks!”

Congratulations are in order for Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse, who are now officially parents.

The couple revealed that they have welcomed their first child together by going out for a walk, with the The Batman actor pushing a stroller, as seen in snaps posted by Daily Mail. The baby bundle of joy comes five months after Waterhouse announced her pregnancy in November, when the “Good Looking” singer debuted her baby bump on stage Corona Capital Music Festival. In a fan-captured video posted on X (previously Twitter), she addressed the glittery pink outfit she chose, cheekily telling the crowd, “I’m extra sparkly today because I thought it might distract you from something else that’s going on.”

A month later, People reported that the couple are engaged.

Bhad Bhabie Posts Cute Bhabie Birth Announcement

Bhad Bhabie is a mom. The 20-year-old “cash me outside” rapper posted a sweet birth announcement on Friday (March 15) that seemed to confirm that her first-born bhabie girl is here. The silent, 10 second clip consisted of a black and white image of what appeared to be a newborn sleeping under a blanket, with their face covered and a striped cap on their head.

Last month Bhabie (born Daneille Bregoli), told People that haters who were saying she was too young and inexperienced to bring a child into the world should mind their own business.

“I even see people saying, ‘Oh, I don’t think she’s ready. I don’t think she’s ready,’” Bhabie told the magazine. “It’s like, ‘How can you, from your computer screen, determine if I’m ready to be a mother or not?’ I don’t even be on [social media], so how can you determine that? You know? It’s just kind of off.”

Bregoli announced in December that she was pregnant with a girl that she planned to name Kali Rose; she also said the child’s father is the rapper’s boyfriend, Le Vaughn. Sofia Richie & Music Exec Elliot Grainge Expecting First Baby

Sofia Richie announced Thursday (Jan. 25) that she’s expecting her first baby with her husband, music executive Elliot Grainge.

The news came through an interview and photo shoot with Vogue, in which the model/social media personality revealed she’s pregnant with a baby girl.

“Congratulations are in order for @sofiarichiegrainge!” reads a caption on the magazine’s Instagram account, alongside four photos of Richie proudly displaying her baby bump and one pic of the soon-to-be parents together.

In the article, Richie revealed that she took a pregnancy test before attending an Ed Sheeran concert with Grainge because “I kind of knew it was going to be a boozy night, and I was a few days late on my period, and I wanted to be generally safe.” She sent her husband to the drug store to buy three more tests to confirm after the first one came back positive.

They told all the grandparents-to-be — Richie is the daughter of Grammy-winning superstar Lionel Richie, while Grainge is the son of Universal Music Group chairman/CEO Lucian Grainge — by putting the positive tests in an Hermes box and presenting them as a “gift from Milan Fashion Week.”

“Everyone was like ‘Ooooh Hermes!’ But then they opened it and it had all three of the pregnancy tests [in it]. That’s how we told all of our parents. Watching their reaction go from like, ‘I’m about to get an expensive present’ to like ‘I’m about to get a grandchild’ was really sweet.”

Richie and Grainge were married last April in the South of France. The pair made their relationship Instagram official in April 2021 and have kept their love relatively private. Elliot Grainge is the founder and CEO of independent record label 10K Projects.
