Diddy, aka The Diddler, made headlines when he returned the publishing rights to his former Bad Boy artists. Former Danity Kane member is now claiming his kind gesture was very empty.

TMZ exclusively reports that, according to O’Day, Diddy tried to buy her silence by giving back her publishing rights, which were also essentially worthless.

O’Day made these recent claims during an interview for the celebrity gossip’s upcoming Tubi documentary, The Downfall of Diddy. The documentary focuses on the media mogul’s life after the raids on his homes and the ensuing federal investigation.
Per TMZ:
AOD provided some fascinating insight — including the fact she knew what was up back in September … when Puff gave all his old artists the rights to their music. The seemingly generous move came with lots of strings attached, according to Aubrey.
You’ll recall … Diddy made a big announcement at the time, saying all the old Bad Boy artists were gonna get what was theirs … as it was the right and noble thing to do, etc.
However, behind the scenes … Aubrey claims Diddy wanted the artists to sign NDAs as part of the deal, which would’ve muzzled them from speaking on their experiences at Bad Boy.

According to the celebrity gossip site, O’Day didn’t want any part of Diddy’s “generosity” because she valued her ability to speak, mainly because of everything Diddy is currently being accused of after Cassie opened floodgates with her allegations that they both ultimately settled.
TMZ reports that before the “Me & U” singer aired Diddy, O’Day was one of the first and only people to call out her former boss for years.
Diddy’s Team Is Calling C A P On O’Day’s Claims
Sources close to the embattled music mogul called C A P on O’Day’s claims, telling the website, “Aubrey O’Day got her big break because Diddy and Bad Boy cast her in their show with her group, Danity Kane. Last year, when he reassigned his portion of the publishing to Bad Boy artists, an unprecedented move within the industry and which he did not have to do, not all artists signed an NDA, contrary to what she claims.”

Apparently, it’s been a long-running rumor that miseducated MAGA spawn Donald Trump Jr. had an affair with Danity Kane member Aubrey O’Day. What people may not have heard is that, according to O’Day, her first sexual encounter with the apple that didn’t fall far from the orange tree happened in the bathroom of a gay club, which might be considered embarrassing if you’re a person who uses social media to make juvenile jokes at the expense of the LGBTQ community. (I mean, not any more embarrassing that admitting to having intimate relations with a member of the Trump family, but still.)

“I was hosting a gay club and our first time going out together—he wanted to see me so bad—and I told him, ‘Well, I’m gonna be at a gay club tonight,’” she claimed during a recent episode of Michael Cohen’s “Mea Culpa” podcast, according to Page Six.

“So Don shows up to the gay club—and I’m talking about this is one of the biggest gay parties in New York, it’s a huge f—king club,” she continued. “Everybody was in a g-string or less.”

O’Day went on to call Trump Jr. out for fronting on the Gram with all of his homophobic jokes while, in reality, he’s not as disgusted by LGBTQ folks as he would have his followers believe.
“I looked at his Instagram for the first time in years and saw all kinds of jokes of belittling the gay community …and I thought to myself, ‘Man, you were super comfortable in that gay club,’” she said. “In fact, so comfortable that we ended up going to the bathroom and, for the first time, had sex in a gay club bathroom.”
Now, obviously, Trump’s online bigotry is what it is whether he’s actually low-key cool with gay people or not. And there are likely many gay people who would rather be kept out of this mess whether or not O’Day is telling a true story. Still, it would be, at the very least, amusing, if it turned out that another member of the so-called “traditional values” party, who was married to his first wife at the time of the alleged affair, began said affair in the bathroom of a club where the community he loves to hate gathers.
Either way, this is messy—and probably unsanitary.

Aubrey O’Day shared the tragic news Monday (March 6) that she had gone through a miscarriage just two months after announcing her pregnancy.

“I’m beyond heartbroken to announce that I’ve had a miscarriage,” the Danity Kane member told E! News. “This isn’t my first pregnancy, but it is the first time I was mentally healthy and in a physically prepared place to care for another life. I’ve had moments where I’ve internalized what happened and blamed myself but luckily I realized there isn’t only one seat at the table.”

However, the All About Aubrey alum is determined to stay positive after the pregnancy loss, adding, “When my baby is ready, he/she will come and forever be my grateful miracle. I also want all the women out there in the world that have experienced this grief to feel all the love my soul has to offer, and more importantly remain reminded that we are here to support each other!”

Last year, O’Day found herself embroiled in a controversy over photoshopping her Instagram feed by editing herself into glamorous vacation photos in far-flung, exotic locales.

“I am at all of these locations. I look at my Instagram as I’m an artist,” she maintained at the time. “So when you see things like this, if you guys can agree, I’m making art. I’ve been to all these places and after these photos, I do post the videos of how it looked. But in order to get to this place, you have to scale a mountain for about two hours. I don’t have a caboodle of makeup and my wigs.”

While joining Tamron Hall on her talk show Tuesday (Nov. 29), the singer cleared up rumors that she’s faking her life. “I am at all of these locations. I look at my Instagram as I’m an artist,” she explained. “I look at my life and pictures as like art that I want to create for the world. You don’t see me on there with my regular friends, my dogs and my home. I don’t belong to the people. I don’t belong to others. My personal life is mine. And that’s the only way that I haven’t gone off the deep end or turned into something that I’m not.”

She continued, “So when you see things like this, if you guys can agree, I’m making art. I’ve been to all these places and after these photos, I do post the videos of how it looked. But in order to get to this place, you have to scale a mountain for about two hours. I don’t have a caboodle of makeup and my wigs.”

The 38-year-old also got candid about her prescription pill addiction. “My entire time in Bali, just to be completely honest, was about getting off of prescription medications that were given to me at 17 years old because this industry promoted me to be my most aspirational self,” she revealed. “When I wasn’t able to be that, doctors were giving me medications and telling me, ‘Take this and take this and then you’ll be aspirational.’ I was taking about, if I’m going to be completely honest, 16 pills a day.”

When Hall asked if she was able to beat the addiction, O’Day replied, “I was able to let go of the chip on my shoulder that was making it impossible for me to be happy in this world, living.”
