Andrew Tate controls a significant corner of the Internet as a figure who purports to be a leader of men and sells the angle of being the so-called “Top G” among other titles. Andrew Tate was charged with rape and human trafficking charges along with others in Romania, and both fans and critics of Tate are reacting as expected.
As seen in The Washington Post, Andrew Tate, his brother Tristan, and two others were hit with charges by Romanian officials with the official charges reading as human trafficking, rape, and forming an organized crime group. Tate, his brother, and two Romanian women were arrested last December with the Tate brothers reportedly being on house arrest since March of this year.
The charges come after a months-long investigation into the activities and alleged criminal acts involving Tate and the three other individuals. According to officials, Tate orchestrated forced participation in online pornography onto the alleged victims under violent and psychologically controlling means.
Tate’s legal team maintains that their side is innocent and expected the charges to be read while stating that they will “vindicate” their clients.
“The indictment now allows us to present a comprehensive body of evidence, diligently collected and prepared over time, which will undoubtedly substantiate the brothers’ claims of innocence,” the legal team shared in a statement.
Today, Tate enjoys millions of followers across his social media pages who buy into his brand of brash masculinity and is framing the criminal investigation and indictment against him as an attack on the issues he stands for while authorities ignore other figures who have allegedly committed similar or worse crimes on record.
The timeline of Tate’s arrest can be pinpointed to a Twitter exchange between him and climate activist Greta Thunberg. Tate fired the first salvo at Thunberg, boasting of his cars and their collective emissions total. Thunberg returned fire with a snappy email targeting Tate’s manhood which prompted Tate to fire back with a video response featuring him eating pizza from a known Romanian chain.
It was all the spark authorities needed to raid Tate’s villa in Romania after being tipped off by U.S. officials in the embassy at Bucharest that the Tate brothers were holding a young woman against her will.
Defiant as ever, Andrew Tate is still tweeting and declaring this is a takedown of what he stands for and not connected to his charges.

A Romanian appeals court has hit alt-right clown Andrew Tate with some bad news.
Call it a bad case of karma, but immediately after he tried to come for Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg on Twitter, he not only got dunked on by the teen, he was arrested in Romania on December 29.
A Romanian appeals court will not allow him to be released on bail, so he will continue sitting in a jail cell.
Per Raw Story:
A Romanian appeals court rejected Wednesday a new bail request by Andrew Tate, the controversial influencer being investigated along with his brother for alleged human trafficking and rape.
A Bucharest court on January 21 had extended the two men’s detention for 30 days as the inquiry proceeds into alleged coercement of women into prostitution as part of an organized criminal gang.
Tate, 36, and his brother Tristan, 34, have denied the charges since their arrest in late December.
“Ask them for evidence and they will give you none. Because it doesn’t exist. You’ll find out the truth of this case soon,” Andrew Tate told journalists as he was escorted from the appeals court.
Tina Glandian, Tates’ American attorney, claims it’s a direct violation of the two men’s rights to be held in jail without any charges being filed.
Tate and his brother, Tristan, moved to Romania several years ago, and Tristan just had a baby. She also told the press at a news conference that she doesn’t “believe they are a flight risk.”
“They’ve known since April that there’s an investigation, and if they intended to flee… they could have left Romania. They have not, they have ties here to the country,” she continued.
Life Came At Andrew Tate Very Fast
Tate, his brother, and two other Romanian men were thrown in jail for alleged trafficking, recruiting, and exploiting women and forcing them to do”pornographic acts with a view to producing and disseminating such material.”
Properties connected to Tate and his brother were the subject of raids by Romanian police with many of his assets, including his collection of 15 luxury vehicles he bragged about, 14 watches, and different “sums of money” in other currencies seized by authorities.
When you Google the term “life comes at you fast,” a picture of Andrew Tate and his brother should be under it.

Andrew Tate—the American-British (stupidity) influencer who got himself dragged up and down Twitter after his failed attempt at gaslighting teenaged environmental activist Greta Thunberg, and then, in the same week, got arrested for alleged sex trafficking in Romania—is now the subject of conflicting reports regarding his stay at a hospital following his arrest.
On Sunday, Andrew Tate, who is basically the Caucasian beta male version of Kevin Samuels, stayed in character by tweeting a screenshot from a SpyNews article about his case along with a caption that proves he still thinks he’s way more important than he actually is.

“The Matrix has attacked me. But they misunderstand, you cannot kill an idea. Hard to Kill,” Tate captioned the post. (These men are far too delusional to keep associating themselves with the “red pill” from The Matrix film series. Keanu would never.)
From Newsweek:
As for why he went to a hospital, Carmina Pricopie, an investigative journalist for Romanian news network Antena 3 CNN, is quoted as saying that Tate cited “certain medical problems” during a routine check.
“Yesterday he was taken out of the Central Prison of the Capital Police and taken to a hospital because when he was incarcerated, according to the procedures, he was given a medical examination and the prison doctor asked him if he was suffering from certain ailments,” read the quote.
“The attorney for the Tate brothers notified the central detention center and stated that he had certain medical problems,” the quote continued. “Based on this notification, yesterday he was taken to a specialist consultation in a hospital in the capital.”
Per the quotes attributed to Pricopie, Tate has since been returned “the central detention center of the Capital Police.”
Citing “Romanian news sources,” NFT Technologies co-founder and CEO Mario Nawfal shared more information about the hospital visit on Twitter, stating that while there are conflicting reports, “it seems a doctor discovered an ailment during a routine check-up.”
Also attributing information to journalist Pricopie, Nawful wrote that the medical issue “doesn’t seem too serious and is based on Tate’s attorney briefing the Central Prison of the Capital Police about Tate’s ‘medical problems,’ leading to Tate visiting a specialist in Bucharest.”
“Sources have told me that Tate does suffer from heart conditions and has seen a heart specialist in Paris regularly,” Nawful added in his thread.
But a Twitter user who goes by the handle “@AlphaEra” and claims he travels with Tate and his Alpha-incel clown car caravan (I may have made that last part up) disputed Nawfal’s Twitter thread saying Tate “has not ‘seen a heart specialist in Paris regularly,’” and that he “absolutely hates Paris.” He also snarkily encouraged Nawfal to “Do better with your ‘reporting’ Mario.”
“Yes it’s true Andrew was taken to the hospital. He is ok. No more info available. Sorry I can’t answer all DMs, too many of them,” @AlphaEra posted in his own Tweet regarding Tate.
Meanwhile, according to Newsweek, Romanian authorities said they have started their investigation into Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, who is also accused of sex trafficking and abuse. Specifically, prosecutors are accusing the Tate brothers of coercing six women into producing pornography, with the alleged victims facing “acts of physical violence and mental coercion.”

Andrew Tate’s already bad week just got exponentially worse. The controversial alt-right influencer, who got burned something awful by Greta Thunberg, has been arrested in Romania under allegations of sex trafficking.
Andrew and his brother Tristan got popped on Thursday (Dec. 29) for an incident that occurred back in April.
Reports the New York Post:
Incendiary social media influencer Andrew Tate and his brother were busted in Romania Thursday related to sex-trafficking allegations, according to a report.
Police descended on a villa Andrew Tate and brother Tristan were staying at Thursday to detain the British brothers on kidnapping and rape charges, judicial sources told Romanian outlet Libertatea.
The brothers had allegedly detained two young women — one with American citizenship and one Romanian — inside the villa against their will in April, where they were subjected to “physical violence and mental coercion,” the Daily Mail reported.
Of course, video footage of Tate getting arrested hit the Internets swiftly.
Earlier this week, Tate, who is essentially the poster boy for toxic masculinity, tried to come for activists Greta Thunberg. Instead, her curt but fierce clapback had Tate down bad and getting clowned. Sure his minions insist he won the battle, but the truth is son got owned something crazy.
Now, he is in police custody. What a time. The kicker is that Tate’s weak sauce answer to Thunberg’s sick burn is reportedly what tipped off authorities to his whereabouts.
