Tekashi 6ix9ine is looking to be compensated for the injuries he suffered at LA Fitness. The infamous rapper has field a lawsuit against the chain and is seeking seven figures in damages.

As reported by XXL Magazine the rapper turned federal informant is suing the Irvine, CA. based company over an incident that took place in 2023. While finishing up a workout at their Lake Worth, Fl. location he was attacked by three men in the bathroom. He was left bloody with visible injuries to his face. While it is unclear why they assaulted him it is speculated the individuals took issue with him taking the stand on his former associates and gang affiliates the Nine Trey Gangsters.

On Wednesday, Jan. 15 he filed legal complaint and named Fitness International LLC., which operates as LA Fitness, as the defendant. In the paperwork 6ix9ine alleges the gym chain “knew or should have known that LA Fitness was located in an area where crime statistics, including violent crime had increased substantially in recent years.” The document would also read that the “defendant had a duty to adopt and implement reasonable security measures commensurate with all attendant circumstances, including the prevalence of criminal activity at LA Fitness and the surround ding area.”
6ix9ine says that as a result of the attack he suffered “bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, humiliation, medical expenses, loss of income, and diminished quality of life.” He is seeking a million dollars in compensation for his suffering as well as legal fees, etc. LA Fitness has yet to formally respond to the matter. One of Hip-Hop’s most hated figures has received an unexpected honor. A statue of 6ix9ine has been created in Cuba.

As reported by HipHopDX, the “GUMMO” performer is now immortalized in the streets of the communist country. This week, a local artist unveiled a bust of the rapper turned federal informant. The art piece captures all of 6ix9ne’s signature features including his rainbow braids, matching teeth, multiple tattoos and his truck jewelry. In one hand, he’s holding stacks of money over his shoulder and a microphone in the other hand. To add further depth to the instillation, the rainbow colors with the number 69 are also painted throughout the back wall.

Genis M. Osoria Vargas, who created the statue, admits in an Instagram post that the “work is misunderstood” but reveals that it was commissioned by an unknown buyer. The piece is located in Pinar del Río, a city west of the nation’s capital. Thus far, the feedback that Vargas has received from locals has been largely positive with some commenting in Spanish “Good job” and “Your work is beautiful.”
In October, the rapper was arrested in the Dominican Republic for allegedly assaulting some producers. He was granted bail and posted it right away. 6ix9ine was ordered to stay away from the victims via a restraining order prior to leaving the country. He explained his side of the story on social media and thanked the people of Dominican Republic for their love and support.
6ix9ine has yet to comment on the statue. You can see footage of it below.

6ix9ine’s off the wall antics are continuing to catch up to him on the legal side of things as the rapper’s assets are now on the chopping block in order to pay off a court ordered settlement that he brought upon himself.

According to TMZ, the platinum selling rapper turned infamous snitch is having his Rolls-Royce, mansion in Florida and anything else that isn’t nailed to the floor taken away from him and sold. 6ix9ine has to satisfy a $9.825 million judgement brought to him by a stripper, who claimed he hit her in the head with a champagne bottle. Dancer Alexis Salaberrios sued 6ix9ine two years ago for the incident and was finally awarded the money in July. To date, she hasn’t seen a single dime hit her bank account.

Knowing that she needed some help to get her coin, Salaberrios asked the court to intervene. And intervene they did after she asked a judge to appoint a receiver to liquidate 6ix9ine’s assets and get the ball rolling.
TMZ reports:
The receiver has lots of power– allowed to “break any locks necessary to gain access to any real property.”
TMZ broke the story, Tekashi was sued by Alexis in 2021 after allegedly hitting her in the head inside Gold Rush Cabaret in Miami. Her attorney told us he tried hitting someone else for calling him a rat, but he missed and clocked Alexis instead.
According to Salaberrios, the injuries resulted in a trip to the ER, and she had to get several staples to close the wound. Tekashi’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, scoffed at her claims, saying “It’s an attempt to shake him down.”

We’ve reached out to Tekashi’s camp for comment … so far, no word back.

Ten million to get hit in the head by a bottle from 6ix9ine? As weak as he looks, we’d take that bet. Just sayin’.

What do y’all think of 6ix9ine having to cough up $10 million for hitting a stripper in the head with a bottle? Let us know in the comments section below.
