50 Cent is not to play with when it comes to his likeness. He is suing a New York City jeweler for using his name to sell chains.

As spotted on TMZ, the “I Get Money” rapper is coming for his coin. TraxNYC recently posted a video of a pendant that is similar to the crucifix that 50 Cent wears. “50 Cent is wearing this interesting cross and guess what 50 Cent? We made it and we made it for our customers,” he said. “We just jocked your style, I know you watch my videos and now I’m watching your s**t and jocking your s**t just like you jocked my s**t.” Maksud Agadjani went on to blatantly admit he ripped off the idea for the pendant from the G-Unit boss. “I thought it was a nice cross 50, and I thought it was nice enough for me to make.”

The post soon landed on 50 Cent’s radar prompting the MC to leave a comment on the original post. “This was a bad idea, you will regret this I promise,” to which the @traxnyc account directly responded, “yo don’t you got better things to worry about.” It seems their lack of urgency further aggravated the Queens, N.Y., native. Later that day, 50 Cent posted about it on his Instagram. “Every now and then someone does something like this.😟I don’t know why 🤷but I do know 🤨I’m a need that by Monday.” the caption read.

It appears Agadjani is trying to backtrack with a post reminding 50 Cent that crucifixes are a symbol of forgiveness. A representative for the rapper confirmed with TMZ that he is taking legal action against the shop. “Mr. Jackson takes the unauthorized use of his name and likeness for commercial purposes seriously.”
Maksud Agadjani played a jeweler in Uncut Gems. You can see TraxNYC’s original video below.

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has offered relentless commentary regarding the ongoing legal issues that Sean “Diddy” Combs faces, and now is set to bring forth a new docuseries centered on the mogul. Partnering with Netflix, 50 Cent is putting forth the series with Alexandria Stapleton directing.
In an exclusive report from Variety, 50 Cent — who promised late last year that a documentary of sorts was coming soon — will work with Netflix for the as-of-yet untitled docuseries. In a statement from Jackson and Stapleton, the pair are looking to examine the decades of Diddy’s reign in music and uncover the root of the serious allegations he faces.

From Variety:

“This is a story with significant human impact. It is a complex narrative spanning decades, not just the headlines or clips seen so far,” 50 Cent and Stapleton said in an exclusive statement to Variety. “We remain steadfast in our commitment to give a voice to the voiceless and to present authentic and nuanced perspectives. While the allegations are disturbing, we urge all to remember that Sean Combs’ story is not the full story of hip-hop and its culture. We aim to ensure that individual actions do not overshadow the culture’s broader contributions.”
The docuseries will be executive produced by 50 Cent’s G-Unit Film & Television alongside Stapleton’s House of Nonfiction company. Texas Crew Productions are also named as producers of the docuseries. It was reported that proceeds from the film will go towards assisting victims of sexual assault.
A release date will be forthcoming.

In a turn of events, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson wants a judge to drop his defamation lawsuit against the mother of his child, Daphne Joy. This comes after the lawsuit was launched after Daphne Joy accused 50 Cent of abuse via Instagram earlier this year.
TMZ reports that 50 Cent filed to have the lawsuit thrown out of court without prejudice but it isn’t known on what parameters the mogul and rapper is basing his decision on. Back in March, Joy accused 50 of sexual and physical abuse, after he took digs at her over being connected to a lawsuit involving Sean “Diddy” Combs.

50 filed his lawsuit this past May but the post making the explosive claims was deleted in July by Joy in what TMZ framed as her trying to keep the peace with the father of her child. The outlet suggests this might be the way 50 Cent is looking to move on from the lawsuit in a larger effort to patch things up.
In other news, a quick look at Fif’s Instagram page reveals he was recently on The Drew Barrymore Show. He also recently attended a New York Fashion Week event that he documented in his usual style while promoting his Branson cognac and Le Chemin Du Roi Brut champagne brands.

50 Cent has been one of the biggest names in the rap game for the past 20 years and during that time he’s interacted (and beefed) with everyone you can possibly think of. Recently he opened up about a quick comment from Dame Dash that seems to have left a sour taste in his mouth and in true Fiddy form, he comes off a tad bit petty when reflecting on the moment.

In a recent clip making the rounds on social media, 50 Cent sits down with Gillie Da Kid and Wallo for their Million Dollaz Worth Of Game podcast and recalled a moment in time following his groundbreaking record deal with Shady Records in 2002 in which he was paid a cool million dollars to sign with Eminem and Dr. Dre. At the time such a signing bonus was unheard of, but being that 50 Cent was the hottest rapper on the free agent market thanks to his G-Unit mixtape series record labels were trying to woo him to their companies, but Eminem and Dr. Dre ended up with the winning bid.

After he signed the deal, 50 Cent clearly remembers that Damon Dash dismissing the amount of money he was paid as basically chicken feed and that seems to be something that bugs 50 to this day. Replying to Wallo about how much he was paid to sign to Shady Records, 50 Cent recalled, “A million dollars… and the only person that pointed out that a million dollars was no money was Damon Dash and he has no money now.”
Well damn, 50. Tell them how you really feel.
Reflecting on Dame’s comments 50 continued “I only felt that because he said ‘That ain’t no money. After you get your watch, chain, look out for the homies… it’s nothing.’ And I was like, ‘I’m from 134th Street. B, nah that’s a lot of money. I think I hit the lotto. How you gonna say that’s no money? I just never forgot that because of how that felt.”
Though that was a big damn deal back in 2002, at the time Jay-Z and Damon Dash had the rap game in a chokehold with their Roc-A-Fella Records imprint and were probably making millions of dollars on a weekly basis. So of course that was just pocket change to someone like Damon Dash.
Unfortunately for Dame, he’s since seen his net worth plummet past the basement and has recently been ordered to sell his stake in Roc-A-Fella Records to satisfy some outstanding debt.
Will he reply to 50 Cent’s story is anyone’s guess, but we’re not sure he’ll want to open up that can of worms as we all know Fiddy lives to troll any and everyone who he feels gets out of pocket with him.

Check out 50 Cent’s talk about that moment and let us know your thoughts on the situation below.

50 Cent says Dame Dash has no money now and calls Dame Dash out for telling him that the $1 million he received from signing with Eminem’s Shady Records was no money.

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is mostly known these days for his work as a leading power player in the entertainment industry, but he hasn’t lost his sharp sense of humor. After a judge dismissed a lawsuit brought against him by a former drug lord alleging that his story was lifted, 50 Cent taunted the man in his typical sarcastic fashion.
As exclusively reported by AllHipHop, Cory “Ghost” Holland launched a lawsuit back in 2021 against 50 Cent, Courtney Kemp, Starz, and Lionsgate for allegedly stealing his life story for the Power series.

Holland asserted in his lawsuit that the character of Ghost on Power modeled his own life, and retold his time on the street on a 2007 musical release. Holland claims he sent a CD of the album, titled Blasphemy, to the father of Kemp in order to find his way out of the drug game. Holland accused 50 Cent and the show’s co-creators of stealing his life story for the show.
New York District Judge Hon. Analisa Torres dismissed Holland’s claims within the three-count lawsuit. Judge Torres ruled in the first matter that the character of Ghost in the Power series never directly referenced Holland so the defamation claim was tossed.
In a second lawsuit, Holland claimed that 50 Cent sent people to harass and threaten him while showing up in his neighborhood. On the third matter, Holland said that people connected to 50 played a song that suggested a threat near his home.
Holland left behind a paper trail towards 50 and his camp, clearly illustrated in a letter obtained by AllHipHop with Holland explicitly stating there would be violent consequences.
50 Cent, never one to let a moment pass, took to Instagram and shared an image of a report regarding the tossed lawsuit and wrote in the caption, “Fool thought he was GHOST [laughing emoji] da fvck wrong wit these [Ninja emoji]’s man LOL @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi.”

When 50 Cent people listen. In a new interview he discusses his issues with Diddy and his upcoming documentary on the disgraced mogul.

This week The Hollywood Reporter published their much anticipated interview with the Southside Queens, New York native. The cover story focuses on his success in film and television he discussed his long standing problems with Diddy. Their working relationship starts way before 50 Cent became a rap phenomenon when he ghostwrote some versus for the Bad Boy Entertainment founder including the hit “Let’s Get It.” Years later 50 Cent would become very critical about Diddy’s business practices and questioned some of his professional relationships.

During the Q&A he explained how the distrust came about. “I’ve been very vocal about not going to Puffy parties and doing sh*t like that,” Fif explained. “I’ve been staying out of that sh*t for years. It’s just an uncomfortable energy connected to it.” He went on to detail his displeasure when all the sexual assault allegations started to arise and his reaction to the infamous hotel video with Cassie. “First, he denied that it even happened, and then the tape comes out — so that means everything that ni**a says is a lie,” he added. “When someone watches that, if they have a daughter and they can imagine her being under those circumstances, that sh*t is crazy. Like, they let him get away with it. With all the influence and power you have, the person you’re with is supposed to want to be a part of your life, not be forced.”
When asked about his forthcoming docuseries on Diddy he says he’s the only man for the job. “I’m the only one from Hip-Hop culture that’s produced quality projects. We do have a lot of talent within our culture where the talent has developed a comfortability in front of the camera, so they’re usually a part of it as an actor or driving force of why someone would watch the project; not the behind-the-scenes production, producing the whole project, so there’s a difference.”

There have been many attempts to slander 50 Cent’s name but it hasn’t stuck. A former NYC detective has confirmed he never worked with the police.

Investigative YouTube channel ITS AGTV recently interviewed with former New York City detective Bill Courtney. The retired law officer admitted to working on several high-profile cases during his tenured career.

During the chat, he detailed his dealings with Jacques “Haitian Jack” Agnant, Jimmy “Henchman” Rosemond, Kenneth “Supreme” McGriff, and other notorious figures from the Big Apple. During one particular segment, Courtney made it perfectly clear that to his knowledge 50 Cent never cooperated with the police.

“50 Cent never cooperated with anybody and I would know if he did. I had the whole music industry investigation business locked down. I knew everybody who was talking to everybody, there is no way he cooperated” he said. Courtney went on to reveal that he and his team did try to get 50 Cent to help them but he turned them down. “We took a shot at him and he didn’t cooperate through his attorney Bob Kalina.”
At the apex of the 50 Cent and Ja Rule beef Murder Inc. produced an order of protection that they allege the “I Get Money” rapper requested after a scuffle in a Manhattan recording studio. Courtney also refutes that claim too.
“He didn’t have any cops protecting him. If he was in with the police I would know about it” he added.

The interview quickly went viral and 50 Cent left a comment about Bill Courtney’s response.
“See the facts always come out, I wasn’t raised like that. I’m not in Preme, killer rat ass jimmy or World’s paper work.” he wrote on Instagram.

Hip-Hop has a weird obsession with Donald Trump, and you don’t have to look further than 50 Cent to see what we mean when we say that.

Former disgraced President and current nominee for GOP, Donald Trump, has dominated the news cycle after he was the victim of a struggle assassination attempt over the weekend that left him with a bloody ear from a bullet that allegedly grazed his ear.
Other reports claim his wounded ear was a result of glass shattered by a bullet.

Conspiracy theories flooded timelines, with many believing the whole incident was strange. The Orange Menace’s behavior—asking for his shoes, stopping to pump his fists in the air and yell “Fight,” and the Secret Services’ reaction—didn’t help matters.
Of course, plenty of memes also materialized, explicitly using 50 Cent’s classic record “Many Men (Wish Death On Me)” from his Shady/Aftermath debut album, Get Rich or Die Tyrin.
The song details the rapper, born Curtis Jackson, being shot nine times and serving to become one of the world’s biggest Hip-Hop acts, so many MAGA followers are using it to compare their lord and savior’s brush with death.
50 Cent Doesn’t Miss An Opportunity To Troll
Looking to capitalize on the moment, it should come as no surprise that 50 Cent added his commentary by showing an altered photo of his album cover with Donald Trump’s head imposed over his body while performing the song during a recent concert performance.

On social media, he took time off from his constant trolling of Diddy to post the same image with the caption, “Trump gets shot and now I’m trendin.”

In an earlier post that he deleted, he shared a photo of Trump and his bloody ear with the caption, “I know the vibes…we are all in trouble now!”
Now, word on the street is that 50 Cent will perform at the upcoming Republican National Convention in Milwaukee this week, where Republicans are expected to glaze the hell out of Trump and listen to the alleged new speech where he will talk about “unity.”

50 Cent’s History of Flirting With Supporting Donald Trump
50 Cent’s political position has been up in the air, as the Queens rapper has been flirting with supporting Donald Trump for years.
In June, 50 Cent said he could see why Black men identify with Trump during a visit to Capitol Hill to speak with lawmakers. He also had time to take photos with Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) and others.

In 2020, he initially endorsed Donald Trump but switched to President Biden after receiving widespread backlash.
We shall see if 50 Cent follows other rappers like Kodak Black, Waka Flocka, and others who support Trump.

On Monday (July 1), the internet reacted in all kinds of ways when a video of Rick Ross and his crew getting jumped in Vancouver, Canada, by Drake super fans hit the web, and now it seems like the King of the North is practicing a bit of trolling over the incident with his latest social media post.

Following the release of the video, Drake took to his IG page to post a pic and a video of himself and his crew enjoying some outside weather at his mansion as Drizzy raps along to “Northern Touch” by the Rascalz, who hail from Vancouver. Coincidence that Drake is listening to a rap group that represents the city where Ross and company got jumped? Maybe, but we doubt it.

Drake also dropped another video in which he wished his fellow Canadians a “Happy Canada Day” before saying, “Cheers to the whole country” and taking a sip of some adult juice with a slice of lemon in it. Fancy!

50 Cent meanwhile didn’t miss the opportunity to continue to troll his former rival Rick Ross as well with a new video. While Fiddy called it a “very unfortunate situation that took place in Canada” and said, “I hope that brother made it home safely,” he ended his quick reaction by saying Ross should call on Meek Mill’s Dream Chasers crew or the “305 killers” before laughing it off as he’s known to do.

Man we hope this doesn’t lead to North vs. South Hip-Hop war like the East vs. West thing in the ’90s.
What are your thoughts on Rick Ross getting jumped in Canada for playing Kendrick Lamar’s Drake diss song “Not Like Us”? Fair or foul? Let us know in the comments section below.

Love him or hate him, 50 Cent has proven over the years to be a helluva business man, and now he’ll be sharing some of his knowledge to the good people of Atlanta this coming August.

According to TMZ, the multi-platinum rapper-turned entrepreneur will be headlining Earn Your Leisure’s Invest Fest in the A where he’ll be giving attendees some insight and information he feels can help them on their way to their first million. Naturally, many won’t have the platform that 50 had before getting into the film and TV industry, but it should still be quite the insightful event.
Per TMZ:

The event is right up 50’s alley … he and attorney Ben Crump recently went to Washington, D.C. in the name of Black entrepreneurship, pushing for minority representation in the alcohol biz … and we’re told he’ll speak to that topic and much more during the annual event.
Even more fittingly, 50 will succeed Diddy, who hosted last year’s Invest Fest, and we all know how “competitive” he’s been with Puff for years, and especially lately … in the wake of the latter’s slew of legal issues.
Earn Your Leisure co-founder Troy Millings tells us 50 represents “the powerful blend of culture and business,” — so, recruiting him for the coveted gig was an easy call.
Rashad Bilal believes 50 will leave attendees with invaluable lessons — “We believe [50’s] insights and experiences will inspire and empower our audience to pursue their own paths to financial freedom.”
Honestly, we wouldn’t be surprised if 50 accepted the invitation just to spite last year’s host, Diddy. Heck, the man’s so petty he might throw a few jabs at the embattled music mogul while sharing his knowledge.
Invest Fest will be going down from Aug. 23 to the Aug. 25 and will feature the likes of T.I., Stephen A. Smith, Monica and Pinky Cole amongst others.
Will you be checking it out? Let us know in the comments section below.
