Ye aka Kanye West shared his willingness to fight ex-wife Kim Kardashian over the trademark for their daughter North West’s name.

On Saturday (March 15), Ye aka Kanye West shared his anger with former wife Kim Kardashian over an issue involving their daughter, North West. He took to social media to detail how Kardashian went ahead to obtain ownershp of any trademarks in a series of posts on X, formerly Twitter, beginning with a post showing a document that stated that the reality star is the “sole and exclusive owner” of trademarks. It further states that Ye’s usage violates the stipulated judgement both agreed upon for joint custody of North West.

“This happened without me being aware How do you guys feel about this,” Ye asked followers in the post’s caption. The following post showed Ye reiterating the document’s content, leading to him sharing a screenshot of a text conversation between him and Kim Kardashian. “I’m never speaking with you again,” Ye wrote in the exchange. Kim replied, “I asked u at the time if I can trademark her name You said yes when she’s 18 it goes to her so stop I sent paper work over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song To protect her One person has to trademark! We agreed when they were born I would get all of our kids names and trademarks So no one else would take them.” He went on to add, “Amend it or I’m going to war And neither of us will recover from the public fallout You’re going to have to kill me.”

Another post showed Ye explaining his desire to raise his kids and not just “see” them, claiming his rights to do so were taken by the “Kardashian mob,” as well as Hulu and Disney in what he states is a “bigger agenda to use the selectively bred Black children to be platforms to influence Black people.” In a follow-up, he compared his current situation to being in prison and having “visitation” rights before ending with stating he didn’t care about the opinions of “p***y ass celebrities” that are “slaves to the Jews.” Ye then posted a snippet of an unreleased song, “Lonely Roads Still Go To Sunshine.” The track features Ye and North West, as well as Diddy along with his son, Christian “King” Combs and Jasmine Williams, a rising singer with the Yeezy record label.  He’d later delete the snippet from his account.

Coachella 2025 to Debut New 20,000-Square Foot Red Bull Mirage Structure at Quasar Stage: See the Quasar Lineup

A new large-scale structure will debut at Coachella 2025.

In partnership with Red Bull, the festival will debut Red Bull Mirage, a multi-level, 20,000 square-foot installation located directly across from the festival’s Quasar stage, the lineup for which dropped today (March 17.) See exclusive renderings of Red Bull Mirage below.

Quasar itself will feature two unique lineups across both weekends of Coachella 2025. For weekend one, The Martinez Brothers will play b2b with Loco Dice on Friday, April 11; Barry Can’t Swim will play alongside 2ManyDJs and salute on Saturday, April 12; and Tiësto will play the stage on Sunday, April 13.

For weekend two, deadmau5 will play under his Testpilot alias alongside Zhu on Friday, April 18; Kaskade will play a redux set with Idris on Saturday, April 19; and Alesso will play one of his house-oriented Body Hi sets alongside Gorgon City on Sunday, April 20.

Near Quasar, Red Bull Mirage will offer hang opportunities for all ticket tiers. GA attendees will be able to access bars, activations and shade. The structure’s first level will offer a high-level dining experience, with details forthcoming. The second level will function as an invite-only loft space for artists, industry and media. Meanwhile, the top level will be a private perch for artist and guests to mingle and take in views of Quasar and the polo field beyond.

Quasar itself debuted at Coachella 2024 as a stage hosting extended dance/electronic sets. The stage was a hit during its debut last year, drawing huge crowds for three-plus hour performances, many of which were special b2b pairings. This year’s addition of Red Bull Mirage indicates that Coachella is investing in the long-term future of the stage.

Upon last year’s announcement of Quasar, Goldenvoice’s Executive Vice President Jenn Yacoubian called it “a stage where we can book talent on it in a way that we’ve felt we haven’t been able to in the past. We’re looking at it as a traditional kind of DJ stage. The thinking was that we wanted people to see a longer format DJ set.”

Zoomo & Navy Blue Visit Central Park in ‘Good Orderly Direction’ Video

Appearing on producer Zoomo’s album Absolution, released in October of 2024, the music video for “Good Orderly Direction” featuring Navy Blue is finally here.

Directed by Paul Merelle, the visuals are just as soulful as the beats and the bars as Zoomo and Navy find themselves taking in the sights and sounds of Central Park on what looks like a damp, autumn day.

With the beat switch in the middle, “Good Orderly Direction” is essentially two songs with the West Coast rapper doing what he does best by getting introspective. He starts off the first verse telling the listener to chill out a bit, rapping, “Alone on a path tryna get the thoughts freed up/I’m goin’ in the game 4-3 up/If you movin’ through this life on the gas, better ease up/Jesus Christ on the cross, gotta bleed/River full of fish, be weary of the greed/Solve our problems with a spliff, every young brotha’ need love.”

He then ends the with, “It only gets harder as you go/You alive, and that’s the sacred part of how you grow,” reminding us to keep on keeping on because life is a garden, dig it?

On the second verse, after the beat switches a bit, Navy Blue talks about the beauty in facing your anxieties as he stands in the middle of Central Park’s Naumburg Bandshell. “Even when I’m hurt, I’ma smile,” he raps. “I done learned just to love me a bit/Fear stacked, I was perched on a pile/Down bad, I can gladly admit/Imperfect, I’m searching aloud/Loose garment, I can’t wear a shroud/And this sack bring a brother closer to God.”

In case you’re not familiar with Zoomo, he’s a producer out of North Carolina who’s down with YL and Starker’s NYC collective RRR and has been bringing the feeling back with beat tapes — a medium in hip-hop that has become a rare occurrence these days — his most recent project Absolution features instrumentals and includes features from Navy, Da$H, AKTHESAVIOR, YL, Starker, Wiki, ANKHLEJOHN, Aasir, VIP Skylark, Goya Gumbani, and Papo2oo4.

Calvin Klein described the campaign as “Iconic from every angle” in the caption accompanying photos of the “Baile Inolvidable” hitmaker modeling the brand’s new Icon Cotton Stretch Boxer Briefs, which feature an “innovated smooth, stitch-free waistband,” they write in the description. The images were photographed by Mario Sorrenti.

In one shot, Benito strips down to black briefs, giving fans a closer look at his tattoos, including a horse on his chest, the year “1994” marking his birth, the sad heart from his Un Verano Sin Ti album cover, and a bunny racing away on his arm. Another image captures him in white underwear against a three-way mirror, showcasing his toned physique and rock-hard abs from multiple angles.

Billboard Español reached out to Bad Bunny’s team for comment.

Bad Bunny’s latest collaboration with Calvin Klein is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the star’s busy schedule. The “Tití Me Preguntó” singer is gearing up for a highly anticipated residency in Puerto Rico, set to take place later this summer at Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot (a.k.a. El Choli) from July 11 to Sept. 14.

The residency will be in support of his latest No. 1 Billboard 200-charting album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos (translating to “I Should Have Taken More Pictures”) — and judging by his Calvin Klein campaign, it seems he has taken that sentiment to heart, capturing moments that showcase his undeniable star power from every angle.

Miley Cyrus Teases Dark New Musical Era: ‘Something Beautiful’

Something beautiful this way comes for Miley Cyrus fans. The pop star has seemingly begun teasing her next musical era, with new visuals popping up on her website and social media, as well as on posters around the country.

In a black-and-white photo that serves as Cyrus’ new profile picture on Instagram, the backlit singer poses in a spindly, avant-garde headpiece while staring directly at the camera — though her face is entirely blacked out by the high contrast of the artwork. The photo is also displayed on the Hannah Montana alum’s site, while fans have also spotted it plastered on posters outside.

On the posters and on the site, a two-word phrase — which fans have speculated is the title of Cyrus’ next album — is spelled out in thick white letters. “SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL,” it reads.

Cyrus hasn’t dropped an album since 2023’s Endless Summer Vacation, which reached No. 3 on the Billboard 200. The LP spawned the eight-week Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 single “Flowers,” which won record of the year and best pop solo performance at the 2024 Grammys — marking Cyrus’ first Grammy wins.

The vocalist previously opened up about her upcoming set in a November interview with Harper’s Bazaar, telling the publication that she was working on a visual album inspired by Pink Floyd’s The Wall, but “with a better wardrobe and more glamorous and filled with pop culture.”

“I have this heart-first attachment to it,” she continued at the time. “The visual component of [my album] is driving the sound. It was important for me that every song has these healing sound properties. The songs, whether they’re about destruction or heartbreak or death, they’re presented in a way that is beautiful, because the nastiest times of our life do have a point of beauty.”

AEG Presents to Open New 4,000-Capacity Venue in Austin

AEG Presents is finally planting its flag in Austin.

While the city has long been the home of Messina Touring Group — AEG Presents’ highly successful global touring outfit — the live music giant hasn’t held any real estate in the fast-growing metroplex.

That changes now that AEG has announced plans to open a 4,000-capacity indoor venue in the so-called “live music capital of the world.” The 65,000-square-foot, yet-to-be-named venue will anchor River Park, a 109-acre mixed-use development in East Austin that will combine residential housing with office space, retail and restaurants.

“Designed for both world-class performances and unforgettable events, the venue will feature state-of-the-art sound and lighting, luxury suites, VIP seating, and best-in-class hospitality — all with a front-row feel no matter where you’re standing,” a press release announcing the project reads. “The artist experience is just as carefully considered with spacious, artist-friendly dressing rooms, green rooms, and top-tier production capabilities.”

AEG Presents attorney Shawn Trell explained that the company has “always wanted to build a venue from the ground up in Austin, but we wanted to make sure the timing and location were right, and we had partners aligned with our vision.” Those partners include Texas developers Presidium and Partners Group.

Austin has seen a number of new venues open in recent years, dating back to the opening of ACL Live at The Moody Theater in 2011. A year later, Live Nation and the Formula 1 racing association opened the Circuit of the Americas, which features auto racing and large-scale concerts. And in April 2022, Oak View Group opened the Moody Center, an 18,000-capacity arena that is regularly listed on Billboard Boxscore’s chart of top venues with a capacity of over 15,000.

“We’re thrilled to bring a new venue to Austin, a city that lives and breathes live music,” said Robin Phillips, vp of AEG Presents Southwest, in a statement. “Our mission is to bring something new to the city that both honors the legacy of Austin and feels completely unique. Whether it’s a headlining show from a national touring act, or a local artist’s breakthrough moment, we want this space to feel like home for musicians and fans alike.”
