Here Are All the Performers & Presenters Announced So Far for the 2023 Grammys
The 2023 Grammys, set to air on Sunday, Feb. 5, will have a strong focus on contemporary R&B and hip-hop. There will be individual performances by Lizzo, Mary J. Blige and Steve Lacy. DJ Khaled, joined by Fridayy, Jay-Z, John Legend, Lil Wayne and Rick Ross, will perform “God Did,” their No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 hit. Most notably, there will be an extensive 50th-anniversary salute to hip-hop, hosted by LL Cool J and featuring dozens of hip-hop stars.
Hip-hop will also factor into another set piece on the show. The annual In Memoriam spot will feature three breakout salutes – to Migos co-founder Takeoff, Fleetwood Mac mainstay Christine McVie and country legend Loretta Lynn. Maverick City Music will join Quavo for Quavo’s sentimental ballad “Without You” to honor Takeoff. Bonnie Raitt, Mick Fleetwood and Sheryl Crow will team to perform “Songbird” from Fleetwood Mac’s album of the year-winning Rumours to honor McVie. Kacey Musgraves will perform Lynn’s 1970 classic “Coal Miner’s Daughter” in tribute to the country legend.
Sam Smith and Kim Petras are expected to perform their Hot 100 No. 1 smash “Unholy,” which is nominated for best pop duo/group performance. The song was released just six days before the end of the eligibility year (Sept. 30, 2022). If it had had more time to fully register with Grammy voters, it would almost certainly have been nominated for record and/or song of the year.
At press time, only one of the four artists who had the most 2023 Grammy nominations (Carlile) has been announced as a performer on the show. The other three (Adele, Beyoncé and Kendrick Lamar) have not. That may well change as the show approaches. Awards shows increasingly tend to hold back announcements of big names until the last minute to create buzz when they need it the most.
The 65th annual Grammy Awards will air live from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and will be hosted for the third year in a row by Emmy-winning comedian Trevor Noah. The show will be broadcast live at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on CBS and will be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
The 65th annual Grammy Awards are produced by Fulwell 73 Productions for the Recording Academy. Kapoor serves as showrunner and executive producer, alongside Winston and Jesse Collins as executive producers. Phil Heyes joins the team for the first time as director. Eric Cook is co-executive producer with Tabitha Dumo, Tiana Gandelman, Patrick Menton and David Wild as producers.
Prior to the telecast, the Grammy Awards Premiere Ceremony will be broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater at 12:30 p.m. PT and will be streamed live on live.Grammy.com. Randy Rainbow, a first-time Grammy nominee for best comedy album for A Little Brains, A Little Talent, is co-hosting the show. His co-host has yet to be named.

Ice-T Finally Joins Coco Austin & Daughter for Adorable Family TikTok
There he is! Ice-T starred in a TikTok for the very first time on Thursday (Feb. 2).
In the clip, the rapper lip-syncs along to Miguel’s 2010 single “Sure Thing,” mouthing, “Cause you’re the cigarette and I’m the smoker/ We raise the bet ’cause you’re the joker/ You are the chalk, and I can be the blackboard/ You can be the talk and I can be the walk, yeah,” alongside Coco Austin and their six-yera-old daughter Chanel.
The video was posted to the official channel of his wife who amusingly recognized what such a rare occasion it was in the clip’s caption. “I finally got Ice to do a TikTok !!” the Ice Loves Coco star wrote. “Please Like and follow so he will do more!”
Naturally, fans couldn’t get enough of the Law and Order: SVU actor’s big TikTok debut, with one in particular commenting, “His timing and talent unmatched.” Others focused on the three as a unit and couldn’t resist pointing out Chanel’s resemblance to her famous dad, writing, “You guys are literally the cutest lil family” and “she is a mini ICE-T.. Omg she looks so much like her dad” with a string of red heart emojis.
This weekend, Ice-T will make another special appearance — this time at the 2023 Grammy Awards, where he’ll help lead a segment introduced by LL Cool J celebrating 50 years of hip-hop history with heavyweights like Missy Elliott, Busta Rhymes, Big Boy, Lil Baby, Lil Wayne, Nelly, Method Man, Salt-N-Peppa and DJ Spinderella, Too $hort, Swizz Beatz, Queen Latifah, Public Enemy and many others also performing.

And, twin sister duo Vale (formed by Valentina and Valeria Pérez) deliver an enchanting pop ballad with subtle urban tones accompanied by their ever-beautiful harmonizing vocals in “Algo Me Pasa.”

From Jisoo to G-Dragon, Which K-Pop Star Was Best-Dressed at 2023 Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week? Vote!
After Paris Fashion Week’s Fall/Winter 2023 menswear shows brought members from BTS, SEVENTEEN, NCT and more representing South Korea, the following week of haute couture shows did not disappoint with its K-pop star power.
Things began strong on Jan. 23 as BLACKPINK‘s Jisoo made her return to Paris Fashion Week to attend the Christian Dior Haute Couture Spring Summer 2023 show. An ambassador for the fashion house since 2019, Jisoo channeled Hollywood icon Aubrey Hepburn with an elegant updo and bangs to accompany her sophisticated white dress. The starlet sat next to Christian Dior CEO Delphine Arnault at the show that included guests like Anna Wintour, Anya Taylor-Joy and Korean actor Lee Suhyeok.
That same Monday saw BTS’ Suga make his Fashion Week debut at the Valentino Couture Spring 2023 show, marking his first appearance supporting the Italian luxury fashion house since being named a brand ambassador this year. The star-studded show saw Suga stylishly draped in a flowy tan and peach suit, seated front row alongside the likes of Kylie Minogue, Sam Smith, Doja Cat and BTS’ “Dream Glow” collaborator Charli XCX.
PFW regular G-Dragon got a fun surprise at the Chanel Haute Couture Spring Summer 2023 show, where he reunited with Oscar-winning actress Tilda Swinton, whom he first met in 2015 for couture week in Paris. All eyes were on the BIGBANG leader with his chic layered suit at the Chanel show that also had Anna Wintour, Baz Luhrmann and Roger Federer in the front row.
Elsewhere, KARD‘s BM and K-R&B star GEMINI continued their tour of fashion week with stops at the Jean Paul Gaultier and Zadig & Voltaire shows, respectively, after being spotted at menswear shows.

Ambassador Theatre Group to Open New San Antonio Venue The Espee
The United Kingdom-based Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) is expanding its San Antonio venue portfolio from two facilities to three with the opening of The Espee, a 3,175-capacity outdoor boutique amphitheater and special event venue located in the city’s historic St. Paul Square entertainment district.
ATG’s GM, Emily Smith, says the venue will service “musical performances to community gatherings and everything in between,” noting that the name Espee originates from the initials S.P., short for Southern Pacific Railroad Network. The Espee is located on the site of San Antonio’s Sunset Station, the city’s first train station and one of five stops on the Sunset Limited passenger train route that began in 1894, connecting Los Angeles to New Orleans.
The Spanish Mission Revival-style complex first opened in 1905 and was purchased and redeveloped in 2019 by two private ownership groups that operated a nightclub on the Espee site for about a year. In 2022, ATG signed on to renovate and operate the space. Improvements include enhanced in-house sound and lighting, renovated artist accommodations and refreshed restroom facilities.
Paying tribute to its past, the Espee will open March 4 with the daylong All Aboard festival featuring Head and the Heart, Danielle Ponder, Grupo Fantasma and more.
ATG also operates San Antonios Majestic and Empire theatres as part of its 58-venue worldwide portfolio across the U.K., the United States and Germany, including the Orpheum Theatre in San Francisco, the Playhouse Theatre in London’s West End and the Capitol Theater in Düsseldorf.

10 Artists Could Dominate the 2023 Grammys Narrative: Here’s What It Would Mean If Each of Them Did
One of the ways in which the Grammy Awards are distinct from most other awards shows: There’s more than one top prize. The album of the year trophy has long been viewed as the most prestigious award of the yearly ceremony, yet artists have dominated the Grammys in past years by taking home both record and song of the year, like Silk Sonic did at the 2022 Grammys with “Leave the Door Open.” In other years — like in 2020, when Billie Eilish swept the Big Four — multiple major wins, including album of the year, helped define how that year’s ceremony was remembered.
Ahead of the 2023 Grammy Awards on Sunday night, it’s worth asking: Which artists could dominate the Grammys narrative this year, and what would it mean if they did? Nine artists have the chance to take home multiple Big Four awards, with generous overlap between the nominees for album of the year, record of the year and song of the year (the 10 best new artist nominees, strangely, do not have any other Big Four nods this year). Meanwhile, a 10th artist only has one Big Four nod… but a win would be groundbreaking enough that it’s worth including them into the list of artists who could shape how this year’s Grammys are remembered.
Those artists range from rising pop stars with brash hit singles to music industry institutions who have been earning acclaim for decades. And all of their legacies could be altered come Grammy night — some via an early coronation, others through long-awaited wins. There’s a lot at stake in every Grammy category, but the Big Four carry the most eyeballs and the greatest weight, with lasting impacts more than possible.
With that in mind, here are the 10 artists who could dominate the narrative of the 2023 Grammys, what they would need to win in order to do so, and what those dominant performances would mean.
