A number of songs from 2019’s standalone No.6 Collaboration Project, including songs with Justin Bieber (“I Don’t Care”) and Rudimental (“Lay It On Me”), also feature on the tracklist.

The LP was released in September 2024 and first hit the top spot back in January, remaining in the top 10 ever since. On Sept. 12, Sheeran will share his new studio album, Play, his eighth, and on Thursday (June 5), he shared the latest taster of the record with “Sapphire,” following previous singles “Azizam” and “Old Phone.”

deadmau5 & REZZ, Khalid Star on the Cover of Billboard Canada
Billboard is bringing the Billboard Summit to Canada next Wednesday (June 11) at Toronto’s NXNE, and one of the standout panels is a conversation between deadmau5 and REZZ. This week, the pair appeared on the cover of Billboard Canada to unpack their creative process in a rare joint interview.
“We produce in two totally different ways,” says Joel Zimmerman, the man behind deadmau5. “I am so old school and she is so new school.”
Both artists hail from Niagara Falls, Ontario, and both are known for their innovative production, DIY ethos and big-stage spectacle. They’re both big thinkers and big presences, instantly recognizable for their larger-than-life visual trademarks – deadmau5 with his signature LED mau5head helmet and REZZ with her hypnotic spinning light glasses – and they both have dedicated cult fanbases.
REZZ – born Isabelle Rezazadeh – cites deadmau5 as an immeasurable influence.
“He essentially birthed me as a producer,” she says. “He birthed my entire interest in making music.”
In 2021, deadmau5 and REZZ officially joined forces with their first on-record collaboration, “Hypnocurrency.” It’s dark, spellbinding and meticulously layered – a slow-burning cinematic journey that lands squarely between their two sonic worlds. To create it, they both had to step outside their comfort zones.
When asked what he learned from working with REZZ, deadmau5 doesn’t miss a beat.
“I learned that there are BPMs that actually do exist below 128,” he deadpans. “I didn’t know that all you had to do was click on the number and drag it down.”
The two give unprecedented access into how they create, including a tease of another upcoming track as REZZMAU5.

Khalid will headline Billboard Canada The Stage at NXNE the following day, on June 12. He also joined Billboard for a cover story for Billboard Canada and Billboard that dropped today.
The R&B and pop artist talks about his ‘flirty side,’ gay identity and the myth that he’s an introvert. “My new era of music feels like I’m finally ready to be the artist I’ve always dreamt of being,” he says. “It goes back to the regressions of when I was a child — imagining myself and thinking, ‘I want to be this artist one day.’ Now I feel like I have the confidence to finally be that artist.”

Each pad features an exfoliating textured side and a smooth side. The pads are soaked in a mixture of BHA and AHA, or in non-skincare speak, chemical exfoliants that gently help rid the skin of dirt and dead skin.
Soothing botanical extracts such as lavender essence also calm skin, helping reduce redness after exfoliating. After cleansing, you’ll want to use the exfoliating side, swiping gently over the skin, followed by the silky side. Finish by patting the product lightly into your skin. Medicube features a whole slew of toner products that target specific skin needs, including brightening dark spots and battling redness.

You’ll know the mask is working because it changes color upon optimal absorption, from opaque to transparent. How cool is that?
This sheet mask is meant to be worn for a while — we’re talking up to three to four hours. To cut down on the absorption time, we recommend using this product as a final step in your nighttime skincare routine. Just slap it on before you hit the sheets, and you could wake up to the glassiest, most hydrated skin you’ve ever seen. Talk about beauty sleep.

You just pop the little skin-safe capsules on the back of your hand and mix it into the formula. If you want more vitamin C, you can scoop up more of the little capsules and mix them up to create a unique formula for your skincare needs. You’ve got ceramide NP to help boost your skin barrier and hydration, collagen extract to enhance skin elasticity and adenosine to aid in reducing fine lines. Plus, the mask peels off satisfyingly in one piece for easy clean-up. There’s also a kojic acid and turmeric version available on Amazon for those looking to focus on brightening the skin.
Medicube Salmon DNA PDRN Pink Peptide Serum
$18.90
$21.80
13% off
A glowy pink peptide serum.
Kylie Jenner is a fan of this peptide serum. So much so that she shared this product as one of her many Medicube faves while shopping at Medicube’s Glowland pop-up in Los Angeles in March. The Jenner-approved pretty pink serum targets dull and dry skin, aiming to create a glassy look to the skin thanks to salmon DNA PDRN, a form of DNA extracted from salmon.
This strange but wonderful ingredient stimulates skin renewal and repair, giving your skin a clearer, more luminous look without much effort. Drop a few drips into the palm of your hands, rub them together and massage into the skin. We implore you: Do not put the applicator on your skin. You’ve likely seen influencers doing this, but just don’t. It’s unhygienic and introduces bacteria to the dropper. Yuck.
Medicube Collagen Jelly Cream
$19.98
$33.00
39% off
Collagen cream in a jelly formula.
The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, included this jelly moisturizer on her recently launched ShopMy site. Retailing for $19.98, this funky cream features a jelly-like consistency and is imbued with collagen that promotes firmness and vibrancy. The jelly is also silicone-free, lightly scented and free of any skin irritants so our friends with skin sensitivities can use this product as well. When this cream is used, the end result can be bouncy and soft skin that’s tight and shiny.
Medicube Mini Booster Pro Pink
$78.99
$89.99
12% off
A skincare facial tool.
If you’re like us, you don’t have enough money to shell out on weekly facials. Medicube’s Mini Booster Pro Pink gives you a facial experience at home, and for cheap, too. Used by celebs such as Kylie Jenner, Hailey Bieber and Khloe Kardashian, this product is a beauty wand that is used to help enhance the absorption of your serums or moisturizers.
To use, apply skincare as usual and massage in with the device in a circular motion on Booster Mode. How does it work? Well, the device aims to help open up the skin, allowing deeper penetration of active ingredients in your skincare products so they’re able to penetrate and do what they need to do. There’s also an Air Shot mode that can be used on dry skin to eliminate bacteria and reduce enlarged oil glands.

Concurrently, “Just in Case,” the Sneedville, Tenn., native’s latest single being worked to country radio, gives Wallen his 20th Country Airplay top 10 — 17 of which have hit No. 1. It rises 11-10 with a 10% advance to 17.7 million in reach. (Plus, Wallen’s “I Ain’t Coming Back,” featuring Post Malone, ranks at its No. 32 high, up 9% to 2.9 million.)
“I’m the Problem” is the third Country Airplay No. 1 and title track from Wallen’s new album, which launched atop the Billboard 200 and Top Country Albums (dated May 31) with 2025’s largest week by equivalent album units: 493,000 in the United States.
Trending on Billboard
Since the Country Airplay chart launched in January 1990, “I’m the Problem” is just the sixth hit to dominate for eight or more weeks — and Wallen owns three of them, as his latest joins “You Proof” (10 weeks at No. 1 beginning in October 2022) and “Last Night” (eight weeks, 2023).
The other three such supremacies are Nate Smith’s “World on Fire” (10 weeks, 2023-24), Alan Jackson and Jimmy Buffett’s “It’s Five O’ Clock Somewhere” (eight, 2003), and Lonestar’s “Amazed” (eight, 1999).
Meanwhile, Wallen ties Luke Combs for the most Country Airplay top 10s dating to the former’s first week in the tier — on the May 12, 2018, chart, “Up Down,” featuring Florida Georgia Line, reached the region on its way to No. 1. (Combs boasts 22 total top 10s, having notched his first two in 2017.)

Weezy F. Baby and the F is for finally
After a seven-year drought, Lil Wayne drops a new installment in his iconic “Carter” series with Tha Carter VI. This classic series has long been a staple in Hip-Hop culture, highly anticipated by fans and critics alike. Tha Carter I marked Wayne’s arrival on the national scene with bangers like “Go DJ.” By Carter II, he had begun maturing into his own sound, striking a balance between lyrical prowess and radio-friendly hits like “Fireman” and “Hustler Musik,” the kind of tracks that made listeners want to hustle harder.
Then came Tha Carter III, the era when the New Orleans rapper became a bona fide superstar, selling over one million copies in a single week. Yes, you read that right, in one week.
Now we fast forward to Tha Carter VI. Surprisingly, the usual suspects, Drake and Nicki Minaj, are absent. Instead, Wayne brings in an eclectic mix of artists, including BigXthaPlug, country artist Jelly Roll, his ATL partner 2 Chainz, and a few others. To be honest, the feature list is underwhelming. Where’s Drake? T-Pain? Even Rick Ross, though that omission might be due to Ross’s loyalty to Drake.
The album kicks off with “King Carter,” featuring a woman speaking about Wayne’s legacy and declaring that his impact “will never die.” There are no bars, just a mood-setting intro, let the beat build (pun intended). “Welcome to Tha Carter” opens with that iconic lighter flick, and Wayne delivers witty bars like “Smoking on a pure-L, no sanitizer.” Classic Wayne, sharp, funny, and effortlessly smooth.
“Bells” features a super unorthodox flow, but it doesn’t quite land. A for effort, but it’s a skip.
On “Hip-Hop,” BigXthaPlug and Weezy unexpectedly vibe well together. If you’re a fan of raspy-voiced Wayne, this track is for you. “Sharks” sounds like a failed attempt to break into Country radio. A T-Pain feature would’ve elevated it, Jelly Roll just doesn’t click here. “Banned from NO” brings the punchlines and double entendres we love from Wayne, a strong return to form.
“The Days” needed someone like Bruno Mars on the hook. The chorus is weak, though Wayne keeps it afloat. “Cotton Cotton” is rapid-fire from start to finish. Wayne doesn’t let up, and 2 Chainz seals the deal.
“Flex Up” is a gym playlist must-add — high energy and nonstop bars. “Island Holiday,” however, misses the mark. It sounds like a Maroon 5 leftover. Hearing Wayne say “demon time” is… unsettling.
