The Quilted Carryalll is designed to be your daily sidekick. For work, school, the gym, overnight trips and other excursions, it’s sized just right to throw over your shoulder and it fits everyday essentials like your phone, keys, wallet and water bottle, but it can also fit an iPad or small laptop, according to shoppers.

And don’t be surprised if this bag becomes your bestie. As one shopper wrote, “This bag is my whole personality at this point.”

Other customer reviews highlighted the roominess and color selection, and that it’s great for moms on the go, but some customers pointed to issues with the zipper breaking or getting stuck.

Quilted bags are one of my favorite trends for travel. Right now, my go-to travel bag is Rare Beauty’s Puffy Traveler Tote (and puffy makeup bag), but Free People’s Quilted Carryall is a good option for day-to-day use.

Need more options? COS has a wide selection of quilted bags, but for fashionistas on a tighter budget, Amazon has a Quilted Carryall dupe for $35, Walmart has a puffer tote on sale for $11.99 and Target’s Everywhere Tote retails for just $35.

Lil Pump Is Releasing a ‘Pro-Trump’ Song ‘With the Support of the Trump Team’

As we approach the presidential election, Lil Pump will be voicing his support for Donald Trump in song.

The “Gucci Gang” rapper took to X on Tuesday (Aug. 13) to reveal that he will no longer be performing a diss track aimed at both President Joe Biden and Vice President Harris during Trump’s next rally, as he previously announced.

“not dropping a diss song,” he wrote alongside a photo of himself wearing a red “Make America Great Again” hat. “I know some ppl wanted it but it would hurt what we are fighting for which is to get President Trump in office. Can’t stoop down to the liberals level. IM DROPPING A PRO TRUMP SONG WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE TRUMP TEAM!! YES THIS IS BIG!! MAGA”

After Harris was announced as the hopeful replacement for President Biden as the Democratic nominee, Pump took to X and to voice his opinion, tweeting, “Kamala Harris isn’t even black… she’s Indian. She locked up over 1,500 people for weed related crimes and then laughed about it years later. The worst VP in American History. Trump 2024.”

He later shared a video proclaiming, “I swear on my dad’s grave, if this stupid-a– bi— Kamala Harris wins the f—ing election, I’m moving out of America, boy. I swear on everything.”

Earlier this year, Pump showed off his newest tattoo on his left upper thigh, a recreation of the instantly viral mugshot taken when Trump was arrested and booked in Fulton County, Georgia last August after surrendering to authorities in connection with his indictment over alleged attempts to overturn the results of the 2022 election in the state; the indictment is one of four — totaling 91 felony charges — that the current GOP presidential front-runner is facing as he makes his third bid for the White House.

The man charged in the 2015 murder of New York City rapper Chinx was sentenced to 23 years in prison.

On Monday (Aug. 12), Quincy Homere was sentenced to 23 years in prison for the killing of New York rapper Chinx. Homere, also known as “Q” or “Qwality,” received the sentence in a Queens courtroom. The 32-year-old pled guilty to manslaughter the month before. At the time of his death, Chinx was enjoying a fair amount of success with a series of mixtapes and being signed to French Montana’s label. “Homere fired numerous rounds into Pickens’ car while he was stopped at a red light in Briarwood and then fled, leaving the young man for dead,” said Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz in a statement after the sentencing. “Nothing can undo what happened, but I hope today’s sentence brings some solace to Pickens’ loved ones as they continue to grieve.”

The murder took place on May 17, 2015, as Chinx, aka Lionel Pickens Jr., had stopped at a red light on his way home from a show in Brooklyn. Homere was identified as the shooter with an accomplice, Jamar Hill. Homere would make a statement in court. “I’d like to express my condolences to the family and anyone else that was affected with what happened here,” he said. “I don’t believe there’s words that can express the way I feel about what transpired here.” Chinx’s widow, Janelli Caceres-Pickens, also delivered a statement to the court, saying: “I was told I had two minutes to say goodbye, holding his mother’s hand, watching his lifeless body, praying and crying for him to wake up. A mother has to bury her son. At the age of 28, I had become a widow. My children, who were 15, 11, and 4, are now without a dad.”

Homere and Hill were identified as suspects in the killing in 2017 by DA Katz, with both pleading not guilty at the time of their arrest. They were indicted on five counts, one count each of second-degree murder, second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault, and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Sources close to Homere stated that jealousy was a factor in the killing and court documents that the two “hunted Chinx down like an animal” due to a dispute they had over a phone while incarcerated on Rikers Island. Hill’s case has not been settled as he’s currently incarcerated for an unrelated charge.

However, the “Rolling in the Deep” superstar didn’t let the rain deter her from putting on a stellar performance, as seen in viral fan footage in which Adele performs her 30 hit, “Oh My God,” as rain dramatically pours around her.

“If it stops raining when I do ‘Set Fire to the Rain,’ I’m going to be f—ing furious,” Adele joked with fans at one point in the show.

It’s been an exciting sequence of shows for Adele in the German city, revealing last week that she’s engaged to sports agent Rich Paul after three years of dating. The 16-time Grammy winner appeared to read aloud a fan’s sign that said, “Will you marry me?”

“I can’t marry you,” she replied, holding up her left hand to indicate a ring on her finger as the crowd cheered. “‘Cause I’m already getting married.”

The couple first started dating in 2021, with the businessman revealing in a New Yorker profile that he had been “hanging out” with “a major pop star.” They made their first public outing together two months later at game 5 of the NBA Finals in Phoenix.

Adele’s 10-night stand in Munich concludes Aug. 31. See a full recap of the opening night here. The singer’s Weekends With Adele residency at Las Vegas’ Colosseum at Caesars Palace picks back up in October.

Adele’s Munich Performance in Torrential Downpour | Billboard News

As Adele continues her Munich residency, the singer faced a torrential downpour at her show. Keep watching for what she has to say!

Narrator:

Adele’s residency in Germany has been nothing short of a smash hit! And crossing the halfway mark comes with its own set of issues. During her fifth show, Munich experiences a torrential downpour. She had to delay the show, but no amount of rain can stop the chart topper. She even took a moment to joke with the audience about one of her biggest hits.

Adele:

If it stops raining when I do “Set Fire to the Rain,” I’m going to be f—ing furious. Furious.

Narrator:

With five more shows to come, we can’t wait to see how Adele wraps up this epic residency.

Charli XCX Teases ‘One More Remix’ Before ‘Brat’ Summer Shifts to Autumn

Brat Summer is a state of mind, but in actuality, the season will come to an end in about a month. Before it does, though, Charli XCX is teasing that one more surprise is on its way — and it just might involve another guest artist putting a new spin on one of her critically acclaimed album’s tracks.

In a TikTok posted Wednesday (Aug. 14), the 32-year-old pop star walks outside while singing along to a fan-made mash-up of her single “360” and Fleetwood Mac’s iconic hit “Dreams.” “I’m in Poland.. there’s a whiff of autumn in the breeze..,” she wrote in white text over the video. “Something is shifting.”

“maybe one more remix and then ?” she added in the caption.

Trending on Billboard

If the video’s audio is any hint as to what song will be reimagined next, “360” could be getting a second remix following the previously released version featuring Robyn and Yung Lean. Or, Charli could be planning to expand upon any of her other Brat tracks, something fans took to the comments to speculate on.

One person, for instance, suggested that “Apple” — which has inspired one of the summer’s trendiest TikTok dances — should get a Midwest Princess twist. “apple featuring chappell roan i plead,” they wrote.

“sympathy is a knife ft taylor,” another person predicted, likely alluding to rumors that the English singer-songwriter penned the track about Taylor Swift.

The latter isn’t totally out of the realm of possibility, given the story behind the “Girl, So Confusing” remix featuring Lorde. After writing the song about her tense relationship with the “Supercut” musician, Charli recruited her to transform it into a duet, restoring their friendship to solidly good terms in the process.

Other previous Brat remixes include “Von Dutch” featuring Addison Rae and, most recently, “Guess” featuring Billie Eilish, which debuted at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Carlita, Major League DJz, Fatboy Slim & DJ Harvey Lead Day Zero 2025 Lineup

More than 30 artists are set to play Day Zero 2025, once again happening in Tulum, Mexico, this Jan. 11.

Leading the house and techno-focused lineup is Turkish-Italian phenom Carlita, South African twins Major League DJz, global club legend DJ Harvey, U.K. favorite Fatboy Slim and a crew of other acts including Lee Burridge, Francesca Lombardo, Dubfire, Victor Calderone and the event’s founder Damian Lazarus. Additionally, Day Zero will again present a stage featuring local Mexican producers. See the complete lineup below.

Organizers for the event report that tickets are already 70% sold out via a pre-lineup ticket sale that happened in July. Remaining tickets will go on sale Aug. 22 through the Day Zero website. The party, which features music from sunset to sunrise, typically takes place at a location in the jungle near the Mexican resort city, with the exact location to be announced in the coming months.

Day Zero began in December 2012, with Lazarus and crew planning it to coincide with the end of the Mayan calendar and what many were then hailing as the end of the world.

“I’m not sure there is that much escapism any more,” the producer told Billboard of the global scene in 2020. “Clubs and events have become too controlled and monitored, drug taking has become too dangerous and unexciting, music has become too stale and obvious. As a result of this, negative things are happening on and around the dancefloor. We need a fresh start, new ideas, collective positive thinking and planning, new passion for music. These are the things I work hard to visualize and produce when creating my Day Zero and Get Lost [party series] events.”

Billie Eilish and FINNEAS Move to WME for Touring and Live Events

Billie Eilish and FINNEAS have a new touring and live events agent in William Morris Endeavor (WME), a representative for the two superstars confirms to Billboard.

“While grateful to their former live booking agents at Wasserman, Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell have opted to have film, TV, and music handled by the same agency, WME, moving forward,” the rep shares.

WME started representing the two individually for film and TV in January 2023. This new deal brings all of their solo entertainment needs under one house.

Trending on Billboard

“Billie and Finneas are generational talents, and we are thrilled to build upon our work together as they continue to grow and expand in their multifaceted careers in film, TV and touring,” WME tells Billboard.

On Sunday (Aug. 11), the siblings performed at the 2024 Summer Olympics Closing Ceremony from the beach in Los Angeles — home of the 2028 Summer Olympics. The two delivered the airy ballad “Birds of a Feather” off Eilish’s third album, Hit Me Hard and Soft.

Following the performance, the song soared to No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts — Eilish’s first leader on both. Eilish appears on those charts again with her feature on the remix for Charli XCX‘s “Guess,” which currently sits at Nos. 3 and 5, respectively.

Last week, FINNEAS released his new single “For Cryin’ Out Loud!” It serves as the lead single and title track from his upcoming second album, out Oct. 4.

On Sept. 29, Eilish will embark on her headlining tour in support of Hit Me. The trek kicks off in Quebec, making stops at New York’s Madison Square Garden in October and ending in December at Los Angeles’ Forum. The outing will head abroad in 2025.
