K-pop boy band ENHYPEN wowed the crowed at the Coachella Festival on Saturday (April 19) with a power-packed 45-minute set of hits, plus some unexpected album release news. Backed by a live band, the group — JUNGWON, HEESEUNG, JAY, JAKE, SUNGHOON, SUNOO and NI-KI— ran through such hits as “Blockbuster,” “Blessed-Cursed,” “Future Perfect (Pass the MIC)” and “ParadoXXX Invasion.”
According to a release, at the end of the set fans were surprised with the reveal of the title and release date for the act’s upcoming sixth mini album, DESIRE : UNLEASH. The collection is due out on June 5 and the tease was accompanied by the cryptic phrase ‘CAN’T TOUCH YOU, BUT I’M GONNA MAKE YOU MINE.” At press time no additional information was available about the album’s track list or first single.
The Coachella set also featured performances of the English-language version of “XO (Only If You Say Yes),” as well as “Moonstruck,” “Bite Me” and the EDM versions of “Drunk-Dazed” and “Brought the Heat Back” from the septet that formed on a Korean survival competition show in 2020.

Speaking to Billboard Korea last week, member JUNGWON said performing at Coachella felt like the “culmination of everything we’ve been working toward. We’ve all contributed so much — not just to the performance, but to the entire production and rehearsal process. We had a lot of discussions about the setup and the elements involved in each part of the show. I think this performance holds a piece of ENHYPEN’s history.”
The Coachella set came just days after ENHYPEN announced the dates for their upcoming 10-city ENHYPEN Walk the Line world tour, which is slated to kick off on Aug. 6 at UBS Arena in Belmont Park, NY.
