Chloe Bailey Stars as a One-of-a-Kind Sneaker in ‘Sneaks’ Film Trailer

Briarcliff Entertainment is making a movie for all the sneaker heads. The company unveiled its trailer for Sneaks on Thursday (March 13), a fun animated adventure that takes place in New York City.

The Rob Edwards and Chris Jenkins-directed film follows the adventures of Ty (Anthony Mackie), a designer sneaker who lives in the bubble of his velvet-lined shoe box. When his sister, Maxine (Chloe Bailey), is stolen by a collector (Laurence Fishburne), Ty must rescue her. Along the way, he meets a hilarious group of footwear from all walks of life who help him find his “sole-mate.”

Rounding out the star-studded cast is Martin Lawrence, Swae Lee, Macy Gray, Ella Mai, Mustard, Roddy Rich, Quavo, Young Miko, Amirah Hall, Kiana Ledé, Chris Paul and many more.

Mustard also serves as the executive music producer on the film, following a ground-breaking year for the Grammy winner. After his Faith of a Mustard Seed album dropped in July 2024, he saw seismic success for his work on Kendrick Lamar’s Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping “Not Like Us.” As a result, Mustard notched a pair of 2025 Grammy nods: record of the year (which he won) and producer of the year, non-classical. 

Sneaks is executive produced by Robyn Klein, Jeremy Ross and Meko Yohannes. Producers include Fishburne, Len Hartman, Gil Cloyd and Helen Sugland.
