It seems whatever happened at a Diddy party, stayed at a Diddy party. The non-disclosure all attendees allegedly had to sign has leaked.

TMZ has obtained what they believe to be the agreement that the disgraced music mogul used to keep his festivities private. The three-page document reads like your typical NDA and forbids the intended persons from speaking on what they might have seen or heard while attending a Diddy function. This includes sharing any information with their friends, family, business associates, colleagues and spouses. “You hereby irrevocably agree that you shall not at any time use of disclose directly or indirectly to anyone any of the following information,” it reads. “Artists, Artist parties, and or Artist business activities, entertainment activities, financial affairs and or personal life.”

Diddy’s NDA also prohibits the signee from divulging any secrets via interviews or writing books. Additionally, the terms of the legally binding document extend well after Diddy has passed away. “The term of this Agreement and duty to keep all information confidential and not use Prohibited Material shall commence on the first date above and continue for the life of Artist plus twenty (20) years or seventy (70) years, whichever is longer.”

Last year, former Danity Kane member Aubrey O’Day revealed that in order for Bad Boy Entertainment artists to receive their publishing rights back they too had to sign an NDA. During her interview with the Only Stans podcast she read the document saying she would have to “release [Diddy] for any claims or wrongdoings or actions prior to the date of the release.”

Diddy’s trial is set to commence in May 2025. You can read the NDA obtained by TMZ here.
