K-Pop boy band ENHYPEN dropped their sixth mini album, DESIRE: UNLEASH, on Thursday (June 5), an 8-track collection of upbeat dance pop tunes produced by Grammy-winner Cirkut (Katy Perry, Lady Gaga).
The EP opens with the midtempo tune “Flashover” and features the Justin Timberlake-like slow-burn beat ballad and first single “Bad Desire (With or Without You) — reprised later on the album in an English version. The group also released a sci-fi video for the song in which the members fall up into a fiery sky, where they pull off their signature choreo in a roundhouse, a smoldering hellscape and on a rainy plain as unseen forces float them above the chaotic fray, which also includes a giant flying rat-like creature.
The mini album as features the banging rap tune “Outside,” bouncy, doo wop-y “Loose” (in both Korean and English versions), as well as dark rocker “Helium” and jazzy ballad “Too Close.”

The follow-up to last year’s full-length album, Romance: Untold and reissue Romance: Untold – Daydream is described in a release as a raw exploration of “an all-consuming yearning to become an equal with the one they love, conveying both desire and restraint through ENHYPEN’s signature emotional lens.”
The group — HEESUNG, JAY, JAKE, SUNGHOON, SUNOO, JUNGWON AND NI-KI — are gearing up to launch their Walk the Line world tour later this summer with an Aug. 6 kick-off at UBS Arena in Belmont Park, NY, followed by gigs in Chicago, two nights in Houston and an Aug. 16 gig at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles before hoping over to Europe.
