SZA Celebrates Her AMAs Victory by Recreating Kim Kardashian’s Paper Magazine Cover Pose

SZA recreated Kim Kardashian‘s internet-breaking Paper Magazine cover to celebrate her AMAs victory last night.

On Monday (May 26), the R&B singer won favorite female R&B artist and favorite R&B song at the 2025 American Music Awards. To celebrate her victories, the SOS star hopped on Instagram and gave her own rendition of Kardashian’s viral 2014 cover, which found her balancing a full champagne glass on her backside. SZA one-upped the original photo by balancing the whole bottle on her back.

“THANK YOU SO MUCH CAMP AND @amas for THIS HONOR!” SZA wrote in the caption. “These are our first awards as a CAMMPP YALL ATE THAT FOR ME. I LOVE YOU ALWAYS !! Headed to phoenix to play tomorrow! Can’t wait to see everyone.”

SZA is deep into the Grand National Tour with Kendrick Lamar, which heads to Glendale, Ariz., on Tuesday (May 27). The singer recently made headlines after bringing out Justin Bieber to perform their “Snooze” remix during a tour stop at Inglewood’s SoFi Stadium on May 23.

Bieber, who is currently working on new music, stunned the packed crowd as he joined the five-time Grammy nominee for a flirty rendition of the Billboard-chart-topping hit. The pop star’s wife, Hailey Bieber, showed her support by sharing a clip of the moment on her Instagram Story, captioning it, “My 2 favorite artists.”

“Snooze” previously earned SZA her second No. 1 hit on Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart in July 2023, and also topped the Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay tally.
