Little Big Town is set to perform at The Women’s Cancer Research Fund’s “An Unforgettable Evening” gala, taking place Monday, April 28, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

Comedian, actor and writer Whitney Cummings will host the event. Actress and activist Olivia Munn will receive the Courage Award.

Little Big Town, consisting of Karen Fairchild, Phillip Sweet, Kimberly Schlapman and Jimi Westbrook, has had four No. 1 albums on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart: The Reason Why, Tornado, The Breaker and Nightfall. They’ve had two No. 1 hits on Country Airplay (“Pontoon” and “Better Man”) and two more that reached No. 2 (“Tornado” and “Day Drinking”). The group will hit the road this year as they play amphitheaters nationwide on Little Big Town Summer Tour ‘25.

Munn will be honored for sharing her ongoing breast cancer journey and, in so doing, inspiring women to take their health into their own hands and get screened for breast cancer. Munn was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer in April 2023. In March 2024, she shared the story of her ongoing journey with the disease publicly, urging women to advocate for their health.

“Over the past year, we cannot think of anyone more deserving to receive our ‘Courage Award’ than Olivia Munn, a fearless cancer advocate and mother, whose inspiring cancer story has sparked critical conversations about the importance of cancer screenings,” Jamie Tisch, Gala Chair and Women’s Cancer Research Fund co-founder, said in a statement.

For more than 25 years, the “An Unforgettable Evening” gala has brought together leaders in entertainment, cancer research and corporate philanthropy to raise funds for pioneering cancer research conducted at leading medical and academic institutions across the U.S. The Women’s Cancer Research Fund is a program of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
