Tee Grizzley, a die-hard Detroit Lions fan, just dropped a bomb on the internet when a video surfaced of him shooting a music video in enemy territory, the Philadelphia Eagles’ locker room.
The Detroit native was seen holding the Eagles’ Lombardi Trophy and rapping in front of Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurts’ locker. Fans were straight-up confused.
In the video, Tee Grizzley posed with the trophy and dropped a motivational caption: “If you ever felt invisible, overlooked, or hopeless look at me. This your sign to keep going. The win gone feel different when you had to survive to earn it. Philly we locked in.” Now, a lot of Lions fans—and even some of his own followers—were shook because Grizzley’s always repped for Detroit hard. So seeing him in the Eagles’ locker room had everyone wondering what was really good.
The Eagles had just won the Super Bowl, beating the Kansas City Chiefs in an epic showdown. Jalen Hurts balled out and took home the MVP trophy, leading Philly to one of the best seasons in their history. With their dominant offense and defense, they proved they’re a squad to be feared. While Tee Grizzley will always have love for the Lions, it’s clear he’s showing respect to the Eagles for that big win.
