In a statement, Allen Scott, the co-founder of Outside Lands, said, “This year’s lineup captures the dynamic, ever-evolving tastes of the Bay Area. We’re proud to curate a festival that spans generations, bringing something unique and unforgettable for everyone.”
Last year’s Outside Lands featured sets from the Killers, the Postal Service, and Grace Jones, among others. It was supposed to be headlined by Tyler, the Creator, but he had to cancel his performance. It’s going to be a busy summer for the rapper, as he’s also playing Governors Ball, Bonnaroo, and Lollapalooza, the latter of which is also a makeup performance after pulling out of the Chicago festival last year.
