Jin Is Trapped on a Wacky Island in Trailer For Netflix Variety Show ‘Kian’s Bizarre B&B’

BTS‘ Jin is trapped on a bonkers island in the first trailer for the upcoming Netflix variety show series Kian’s Bizarre B&B. The unscripted Korean series that will debut on April 8 stars beloved webtoon artist and entertainer Kian, who stars in the show alongside the K-pop superstar and SNL Korea comedian Ji Ye-eun, who are all tasked with running a bed-and-breakfast together on Ulleungdo Island.

“Imagine three celebrities running a bed and breakfast — not in your typical cozy house, but in a setting that’s as quirky as it is charming,” reads a description of the series. “Kian’s fantasy B&B springs to life on the picturesque island of Ulleungdo, but the real fun begins when his wild imagination clashes with reality at every turn. As they open their doors to friends and guests, the trio navigate the hilarious highs and lows of hosting for the first time. Expect plenty of laughs, relatable mishaps, and heartwarming moments as they figure it all out.”

In the one-minute trailer, Kian dreams up the island in sketches that come to life on the small platform that features a colorful climbing wall on the floating barge in the middle of the ocean. We see contestants engage in challenges such as eating with only their fingers, cleaning up portable toilets and beating the dust off of rugs.

The show is from the creators of the hit series Hyori’s Bed & Breakfast, a South Korean TV series that starred celebrity couple Lee Hyori and Lee Sang-soon and it is further described as being all about, “the fun and unpredictability of trying something new, with your friends helping you every step of the way. Tune in for a series that’s sure to bring a smile to your face and maybe even inspire your own adventures.”
