After starring in the brand’s latest Love, Chuck campaign, Tyler, the Creator gives the classic Converse One Star CC Slip Pro sneaker a limited-edition suede rework, marking the duo’s first collaboration on the slip-on skate silhouette. Right in time for spring, the collab features three new playful colorways: “forest elf,” “forget me not” and “black beauty.” For only $85, this trio of suede slip-ons are easily a go-to option for the warmer months ahead, as well as, the perfect sneaker to wear to Tyler’s on-going Chromakopia tour.
The two-tone, textured suede upper is inspired by the natural landscape of grass and features a co-branded sockliner with an image of the environment that inspired the design. “Forest Elf” takes inspiration from an earthy grass landscape, “forget me not” is a muted blue that is reminiscent of a cloudy sky, followed by a dark, fertile soil in “Black Beauty.”
