Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” has bagged a second week at No. 1 on the U.K. Singles Chart (Feb. 28). The song – first released in May 2024 – gave the Compton rapper his maiden No. 1 single in the U.K. last week, and stays strong at the summit in consecutive weeks.
It’s the latest triumph for Lamar as he enjoys a post-Super Bowl Halftime Show boost. Since his set at New Orleans’ Caesar Superdome on Feb. 9, Lamar has seen renewed interest in his back catalogue, particularly from his November record, GNX.
“Not Like Us,” the knockout blow in his feud with Drake, returned to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 the week after his performance, and was dethroned by one of his own songs — “Luther,” a collaboration with SZA. On the Billboard 200, meanwhile, GNX rebounded to No. 1 to give him the album its second non-consecutive week at the summit.
