Ye Teases ‘Bully’ Album & Reunion With Mike Dean

Yeezy season has returned. Ye — formerly known as Kanye West — has made noise on social media since his return at the top of 2025, and he’s got his sights set on a new solo album.
West further teased his Bully project with a pair of posts to Instagram on Monday — one with the WRLDFMS Tony Williams and another signaling a reunion with his longtime production extraordinaire/engineer Mike Dean.
Both of the photos look to be from West’s groundbreaking Yeezy Season 3 fashion show at Madison Square Garden, which doubled as an AUX cord-passing listening party for The Life of Pablo in February 2016.

Williams is the rapper’s first cousin and has been in the Ye orbit since contributing to The College Dropout. Dean worked closely with Yeezy on the production side through 2021’s Donda, but it appeared the two had a falling out circa 2022. After not working together on either of the Vultures albums in 2024, it seems like Kanye and Dean could be back on good terms. Ye associate Don C, Ty Dolla $ign and more showed love in West’s IG comment section.
The 24-time Grammy winner spent the early part of 2025 recharging in the Maldives while celebrating his wife Bianca Censori’s 30th birthday. Yeezy even picked up a microphone at her party and performed some of his classic tracks in his catalog.
Outside of Bully, the Chicago native also released the trailer for his Vultures The Movie film on Jan. 10. A release date for the AI-assisted clip is not known at this time.
