Last week, the children of Kim Porter and Diddy took to social media to shoot down conspiracy theories suggesting that Diddy had anything to do with their mother’s death and stated her latest memoir wasn’t official.

It seems like Amazon might’ve got the message as the Associated Press is reporting that they’ve decided to pull Kim Porter’s book off their digital shelves. According to the report, Amazon pulled the memoir, Kim’s Lost Words: A journey for justice, from the other side… after her children said the book was riddled with lies about their father, Sean “P. Diddy” Combs. Given the nature of Diddy’s recent arrest, people were curious about what his late ex-wife had to say about her relationship with the man, but ultimately the kids said it was all BS.

The AP reports:

“We were made aware of a dispute regarding this title and have notified the publisher,” an Amazon spokesperson said in a statement. “The book is not currently available for sale in our store.”

The independent publisher is Todd Christopher Guzze, who goes by the name Chris Todd and defines his occupation as an “investigative producer, author and journalist.” Todd told The Associated Press in a phone interview in September that sources “very close to Kim and Sean Combs” provided him with a “flash drive, documents and tapes” from Porter that he eventually pieced together to create the memoir. Todd used the pseudonym Jamal T. Millwood when publishing the title.

Todd did not comment on the removal Tuesday when contacted by the AP.

With the book alleging Diddy was not only physically abusive but also a sexual deviant, the kids felt they had no choice but to speak out on their parents’ behalf and refuted the books claims as social media pounced on Diddy, following his arrest earlier this month. Naturally, news of Diddy’s arrest and the allegations made against him helped Kim’s Lost Words: A journey for justice, from the other side… shoot to the top of Amazon’s Bestseller chart before cooling off not too long after.
