Jenny Ortega stars in Netflix’s spooky spinoff series based on the The Addams Family franchise. Wednesday premiered in 2022, and while there’s no official release date, the cast has filmed four episodes for the new season, Ortega revealed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

“Everything is going well so far,” the Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice star explained. “We’re sticking to our roots but it’s become much bigger and a lot more fleshed out, characters have really incredible arcs, we have incredible set pieces and storylines. It just feels a lot more exciting from the jump, which I think audiences will have a lot more to play with.”
