Billboard Explains: RM’s Monster Chart Success

RM is gearing up for the release of his upcoming solo project, Right Place Wrong Person, and to celebrate, Billboard is highlighting some of his chart accomplishments in the latest Billboard Explains video.
The BTS superstar made his solo chart debut under his Rap Monster moniker back in 2015. The Warren G collaboration, “P.D.D.,” peaked at No. 9 on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart. He followed up with his self-titled solo mixtape, which launched at No. 12 on the World Albums chart. Overall, RM has 19 top 10 hits on the World Digital Song sales tally, including four No. 1s.
His first solo entry on the Hot 100 songs chart came in the form of his Youjeen collab, “Wild Flower.” On the Billboard 200 albums chart, RM has ranked two projects: his Mono mixtape and his debut album Indigo.
