
As the first Latina to ever embark on a global stadium tour, Karol G has broken records along the way with her Mañana Será Bonito World Tour. The stint, which is currently making is way through Latin America, takes its title after Karol’s history-making album, which, in February 2023, became the first Spanish-language album by a female Latin artist to top the Billboard 200.
The trek kicked off last summer in the United States where it became the hottest ticket, selling out Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., Metlife Stadium in New Jersey and the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif., where she became the first Latin artist to sell out two consecutive nights.
Most recently, the Colombian hitmaker’s show in San José, Costa Rica sold 104,686 tickets between the two sold-out nights (March 9-10), marking the highest ticket sales ever for a concert in the country, according to Live Nation. Her two shows in Costa Rica broke the previous record set by Coldplay in 2022. After wrapping up her Mañana Será Bonito tour in Latin America in May, Karol will make her way through Europe kicking off June 8 in Zurich and will wrap July 23 in Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
According to Billboard Boxscore, in 2023, Karol — who was honored with woman of the year at Billboard‘s 2024 Women in Music event — grossed $155.3 million and sold 925,000 tickets from 20 shows. First Latina artist to do a stadium tour
Karol is the first Latina artist to ever headline a global stadium tour and was the highest-grossing Latin touring artist of 2023. According to Billboard Boxscore, she grossed $155.3 million and sold 925,000 tickets from 20 shows, placing at No. 11 on Billboard’s all-genre year-end Top Tours chart.

First Female Latin artist to sell out Levi’s Stadium
Over at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., Karol also made history where she became the first female Latin artist to sell out the stadium, according to Live Nation. During her stop in August, she performed in front of 45,000 fans.

Rose Bowl Stadium history
That same month, she became the first Latin artist to sell out two consecutive nights of her Mañana Será Bonito Tour at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California. A total of 120,000 fans attended her two back-to-back shows (Aug. 18-19).

According to MetLife Stadium, in September Karol became the first Latina artist to headline MetLife and the first Latin artist to play two shows there. “Thank you to all of Karol G’s amazing fans for helping her make history at MetLife Stadium,” the venue posted on Instagram.

Makes history at Mexico City’s Estadio Azteca
The Mañana Será Bonito Latin America Tour kicked off in Mexico City in February where she became the first female artist to sell out the Estadio Azteca for three consecutive nights, with 80,000 attendees per night.

Karol’s show in San José, Costa Rica sold 104,686 tickets between the two sold-out nights (March 9-10), marking the highest ticket sales ever for a concert in the country. The two shows in Costa Rica were promoted by Move Concerts and broke the previous record set by Coldplay in 2022.

The superstar recently achieved a groundbreaking feat by becoming the first artist to sell out four shows at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid, promoted by Live Nation. She’s set to perform there July 20-23.
