The Cal State Golden Bears and the Texas Tech Red Raiders are set to face off in the 2023 Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl on Saturday (Dec. 16). Texas Tech will make its 41st appearance in the annual bowl held at Independence Stadium in Shreveport, La.
Saturday’s matchup will be the first Independence Bowl between the Red Raiders and Golden Bears since 2004 (Texas Tech defeated the Golden Bears 45-31).
