Anitta Stars in Levi’s 501 Denim Campaign: Here’s What She Loves About the Iconic Jeans

What do you love about Levi’s jeans? For Anitta, it’s all about “versatility,” but she feels the “most confident” when pairing Levi’s 501 jeans with a simple tank or T-shirt, she revealed in a new Levi’s campaign released Tuesday (Aug. 29).

The Brazilian singer stars in Levi’s latest denim campaign celebrating its 150th anniversary of Levi’s 501 jean.

“I love my Levi’s 501’s because of their versatility. I can wear them for so many different looks, from casual to elegant,” the singer said in a statement. “However, I feel most confident in my Levi’s 501’s when I pair them with a basic tank or T-shirt and sneakers.”

The 30-year-old recording artist, who was also recently announced as a brand partner for Savage x Fenty by Rihanna, models several denim looks for the Levi’s campaign including the iconic 501 90’s jean, the 501 Original Short and 501 ’81 jeans.

“I believe that the Levi’s brand carries timelessness, which is a common thread in every global icon, old and new,” she added. “I’m proud to represent the heritage of Levi’s that has broken global barriers, with strong ties to my own culture.”
